Jenny is a brilliant host. Food was excellent, bathroom spotless. For us, the location ideal - visiting family in the locality. The only downside is the very, very steep drive up the side of the house to the parking area. Had to place the car into 1st gear.

The room was cramped with hardly enough space for two bags. It was difficult to move around the room without tripping over something. The en-suite bathroom was also very cramped and was actually built into what appeared to be a large cupboard. We stayed two nights. After the first night of our stay the tea cups in the room were not washed. The first morning we had to wait until 8.45am for breakfast as there were not enough tables in the dining area. The accommodation was far too expensive for what was offered.

Delightful stay here. Friendly owners. A few minutes walk to the Conwy Castle and some good pubs and restaurants. Steep slope to rear parking lot, watch your low bumper on exiting.

Beautiful property! Our first B&B stay ever (after 30+ years of constant travel) and the bar is set very high. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfasts, and even a friendly dog out back to scratch.

Lovely guest house worth all 5 stars, except, for us more senior citizens, the steep walk up from the road. However, we managed it several times and it didn't do us any harm!! Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, well appointed room so 5 starts overall.

Great location from the town. Very cute place to stay. Lovely rooms and owners. Very accommodating, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little heads up for those who find it difficult to do stairs as there are a lot without any alternative but that is common in the area.

We arrived to find that we were not expected; there was no booking in the system; They kindly offered me tea and WiFi while I sorted it all out with Hotels.com. That took over an hour

The whole experience was very good, the room was compact but had everything you need, it was comfortable and clean the breakfast was very good and a good selection the hosts were very good and happy to help , you could walk into town in about 10 minutes, i would be happy to recommend this property

This is an excellent place to stay in Conwy. Jenny, the host, is gracious and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. It's a very short walk into town and there is onsite parking. Definitely recommend staying here.

Tricky parking access route but property within convenient walking distance from Conwy centre. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff.

Loved the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Also staff gave great suggestions for dinner. Property and grounds could use some work, While it was a nice stay, it was not a 4 star property by US standards.

The proprietors are nice and friendly and very accommodating. The grounds are pretty with lots of flowers.
