Clean and quiet, great room and accommodating staff, a great stay. Easy to get to and great pool/jacuzzi area for kids and I to enjoy.

The lobby, the breakfast, and the room were excellent. Check in was excellent. But check out was a little bit weird because of the man at the desk who lacked some training in how to ask simple direct questions in order to have simple direct answers. It was embarrassing.

The breakfast buffet is great and all of the staff were helpful and friendly

Clean and nice!

This property situated next to the highway which was terribly noisy at night. The wall separating the walkway was not well soundproofed, I can hear people walking and talking when they pass through our room. The breakfast has plenty of choices, quality were good as well. Onsite parking charged $5/ night.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were amazing and the hotel was really quiet. Breakfast was hot and plenty full. Probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Many hotels I stayed at, had a coffee available throughout the day for paying guests. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, this would’ve been nice. They have large coffee containers they use in the morning so it would be nice to see one of those left available for guests throughout the day

We had an amazing weekend stay at SpringHill Suites in Vaughan! We booked two rooms for our Wonderland getaway—one adult and one child in each—and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were HUGE, modern, and super clean. We especially loved the thoughtful layout—having the toilet and shower in separate rooms made getting ready in the morning so much easier with kids! The staff? Absolutely incredible. From the warm front desk welcome to the hardworking restaurant crew and attentive room attendants—every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. A special shout-out to the buffet breakfast team—everything was spotless, fresh, constantly replenished, and there were so many great options. It made a big difference fueling up before a day at Wonderland. Kudos to the entire team—you made our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
