Excellent all around, the most amazing onsen ever!

One of the perks with all Dormy Inns is the free ramen at night. After soaking in the onsen you have some refreshing ramen and it makes the sta so much better

The onsen water quality was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was delicious and server was courteous and very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, nice bed. The wifi was super fast. The parking attendant was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. Great service and nice stay overall. Love the ramen always, yogurt drinks and ice cream. You can feel the difference staying at Dormy Inn.

Dormy Inn Obihiro has a charming traditional vibe that really added to the experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant. We stayed in the Japanese-style room with tatami mats, that came with a huge bath tub. The true highlight for us was the natural Moor onsen - it was so calming and perfect for unwinding after a chilly day exploring Obihiro. It definitely helped us relax and recharge. Overall, it was a wonderful, peaceful stay with a lovely traditional feel.

The staff is nice and the room is clean. The toilet is a bit smelly but I still had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

Perfect location, lots of restaurants around, public bath is good, not crowded at all Japanese comic books are available in resting area and free to read, good news for comic fan!

They provide a ramen free of charge. It was good. And, there a Japanese tradition room. I booked it. It was also good.

The room is clean and also has sliding door to separate the bed room and bathroom/powder room. Hence you can hardly hear the sound from the corridor outside. Quiet. The hot spring bath is nice and very relaxing with sauna and also TV to watch while being in the hot bath... love it! There’s free ice cream and drinks to cool your body down after hot bath!

We stayed at two Dormy Inns during a seven week stay in Hokkaido -- in Abashiri and Obihiro. They're a nice hotel; clean and well located with bonus of the indoor/outdoor hot spa and sauna, free ramen in the evenings and free tea/coffee in the lobby. Double rooms are on the small side, typical of Japanese hotels. Definitely recommend.

A good location, front desk staff are very polite and helpful. Onsen and public bath are very good.

Dormy Inn Obihiro Hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance to restaurants, department stores and the Obihiro Train Station. As with all Dormy Inn hotels, the double room is just sufficient for 2 people but is clean. I like that there is another wash basin in the room so I can wash my face and brush my teeth when my hubby is using the toilet. Breakfast was very good and there is free ramen between 9-11pm for those who enjoy supper. We enjoyed the onsen too. We arrived on a Sunday and some roads around the hotel were closed (not sure if it is routine) so it took us some time to get to the hotel car park across the road. Parking is 700 yen for a day.

Hotel is far from the JR station. Walking distance above 15min. Breakfast has very limited choices. Staff cannot understand English and hard to communicate with even basic English. A staff even gossip in front of the guests which is really impolite and unacceptable. This hotel is only suitable for local business purpose. I will never stay again and won’t recommend to foreign tourists.

Reccomend...location is convenience for everything just cross the steet to food street..facility is great...onsen is excellent !! Eventhough the staff can understand a bit english.

This is definitely one of the nicer Dormy Inns. Because it is new, facilities are an improvement over other older Dormy Inns. Nicer rooms although equally small. Good location too, not one of the Ekimae (Front of Station) hotels, but easy walk to and from Station (and bus terminal).

This hotel has the best cost-quality ratio of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are well trained, friendly and very competent. The room was good: a comfortable bed; an accesible desk plus a separate table and chair; adjustable air temperature and a window that can be opened a little to get fresh air; genuine high-speed internet. Coffee and a ramen late night snack are provided for free. The public bath area is well equipped with amenities and towels.
