Did not have breakfast, the parking was very good, the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.

The staff here are very friendly and the room came very well presented and clean throughout. We had a sea view room with had a perfect view of the beach. WiFi is very strong, works in the bar and in your room. Breakfast is very good value for money and very tasty. Our bathroom was very modern and clean. Only downside would be the heating in the shower was temperamental. Ideal location to go and explore Great Yarmouth’s beach front. We will be returning again.

Surprisingly good! And very friendly! Got upgraded to a sea view room, and we had a drink in the bar and on day of check out the guy allowed us to leave the car in the car park whole we went the day at Yarmouth and said we could leave it there as long as possible. (Very greatful) Shower room was amazing and room was very clean in general. We would 100% stay here again

Great staff, and well kept throughout. Only things that let it down a little we're the quality of the breakfast (cheap OJ - seemingly watered down, not the greatest quality of sausages, etc.; not great given the price), the soggy ultra soft mattress, and a shower curtain that eats you alive whilst attempting to shower.

Swift check-in. Great service with every employee. Room has all the basics that you needed for a stay. Great location. Breakfast was good value for money. Bed comfortable. Wi-fi free and speedy in room. Only downside - 2 plug sockets, neither in a great location but you make do!

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast is amazing and staff friendly and helpful. Our economy room is small but had what we needed for our 3 night stay. Excellent value with free parking as well
