É um bom hotel, mas poderia ser melhor. Apesar da crítica que farei logo mais adiante, é um bom hotel para dormir: chuveiro bom, cama boa e café excelente! Apesar de parecer muito sujo, não tivemos alergias respiratórias, indicando que a limpeza da roupa de cama estava ok. O café da manhã foi excelente, e faço uma menção especial à educação e cordialidade da recepcionista da noite, que fez de tudo para atender às nossas necessidades. Entretanto, um pouco caro para o benefício, pelo que vou expor agora. Pelo mesmo valor fiquei já, na mesma cidade, há poucos metros, num hote parecendo novinho em folha. O Lancaster, mesmo sendo antigo, teria potencial para ser um excelente hotel atraente pela sua tradição, se estivesse bem cuidado. As paredes fazem anos que não vêem uma pintura, estão todas riscadas fazendo o ambiente dos quartos e corredores parecerem sujos. O piso de carpet nos quartos e corredores também estavam necessitando de limpeza. As cortinas pareciam velhas e tinham furos. A vizinhança à noite não parece muito amigável, bem no centro da cidade.

People were very nice. Breakfast was always very elegant. Displayed lovely with many things to choose from

Behind the toilet was never clean pilled up human hair the floor was poorly mopped. The bedding was smaller then the mattress size. Although The mattress was good and comfortable.

The drains and toilet bowl are clogged.

The hotel is old. But I liked it. Good prive. Great location. I liked the fact that it was a historic hotel. But not the best contidion. Overall. I would stay here again.

The Property is very old. The bed sheets does not smell good. It actually smells like sweat. The carpet is very old. The worst part is parking. It is in a narrow street with limited parking. Breakfast is ok.

Older but classic. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and heating. No coffee available in lobby.

Great service as always. Staff is always happy to help and providing a great experience.

Otima condicao e valor para o hotel, apenas achamos que o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Poderia ter mais opções de fruta por exemplo.

I enjoyed my stay at the Lancaster very much. It's a bit of an older hotel, and there was just a tinge of shabbiness in the room, but just enough to add a little character. Everything was squeaky clean and the bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast had more choices than I could experience in my three days. I could eat healthy food or I could decadent looking cake. The location is also perfect for using public transportation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant offered great food and service

We didn't have a double bed as advertised. Instead, we had two single beds put together to form a double. As a consequence, on the first night, I slept in the gap and have had a sore shoulder since. I complained on several occasions the next day but was told that there was nothing they could do.

We felt like we were in London when we entered Lancaster Hotel. Classic European style hotel in the heart of modern Curitiba is difficult to imagine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Not too much street noise. Excellent selection at breakfast. Wifi in room can be spotty, but the downstairs lounge has great connection. Staff are friendly and helpful, some English are spoken, which are appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Razoável. Infra do hotel meio antiga e localização apesar de central, não é das melhores pela redondeza. Café da manhã básico, mas definitivamente merece rever a trilha sonora, pois empurrar louvor em repeat todo dia goela abaixo dps de acordar é dose.
