Near location... Clean room... Not expensive price

3rd time here and first time junior suite, facilities do not match description information is there is a bathtub but there is none. even got 2 extra beds, so there is 1 kingsize and 2 singles. breakfast menu is different. still recommended only facilities do not match description

No tooth and paste, AC noise, lift dangerous.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Rofiq ,Tofazzul, and Saiful Islam , the housekeeping staff member, who stood out for his exceptional warmth and hospitality. I truly appreciated the service provided by Rofiq and the rest of the staff. The hotel rooms were also spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during my stay. The facilities provided were comprehensive and adequate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ajyad Makareem Makkah hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay again on my next Umrah journey. The photos of the rooms shown do not match reality, the bathroom is quite nice but narrow, not like the photos.

My worship is very comfortable, because the distance to the Kaaba is very close. makes it more comfortable to worship

The room of quadruple is spacious and it is enough to put 4 people medium luggage. Then, the staff is also nice and friendly folowing with the english speaking staff. The distance to haram is about 6 minutes waking distance. It is really close.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious.

The location is good, walkable distance from haram makes it easy to go back and forth to masjid. They need to be asked to clean the room and to change the linen and towels.

Near to haram. Only 5 to 7 mins walking. Room also nice and breakfast just so-so.

The hotel is quite comfortable, near the Grand Mosque and near shops. Concierge staff Naim and Jilal are very helpful. The housekeeping department staff named Nurul Islam is also very helpful. Room 324. Thanks.

The hotel is good, most importantly the location is very close to the Haram Mosque. Also close to the highway, get off the taxi directly in front of the hotel.
