Very comfy, I couldn’t get the central heating going , shower took a while to figure out, glad I chose a larger room, not sure I’d have been happy in a smaller room over all I’d say 7/10 from me

Excellent room in a very comfortable house

Ideal for my needs. Good location & suitable places to eat nearby. Self catering opportunity also useful. Well equipped kitchen and Sainsbury local directly across the road!

Basic but adequate for an overnight stay for a site visit. Wouldn’t recommend for couples or families. Check in and all communication regarding accessing the room was excellent

Very well laid out, clean and tidy, rooms had everything you need. Able to cook your own food, lovely kitchen very quiet at night, Martin was friendly and helpful.

I did a one night stopover, had to be in the area. Room was absolutely fine for a solo stay. Basic, but yes, there was a fridge and microwave I did not use. Shower was good. Cannot complain, felt lucky to get the final parking spot

We only stayed one night, it was literally a stop over to sleep. It’s all we needed. The room was a little out dated but didn’t affect the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Simple as that.

Excellent, clean and convenient lodge. Rooms are equipped with everything you need for a nights stay and there was good communication with the owner before we arrived. Definitely recommend.

Easy booking system, a quiet and convenient place to stay. Would gladly book again.

Very nice choice and friendly staff

The landlord was very helpful, the place itself was clean, issues were not enough parking at place when full and I was in the front room and there were families staying who’s children were very noisy in the morning and adults were noisy till early in the mornings

It was in a convenient location for our visit, it had good parking and a family room which we wanted.

Comfortable stay great host

Room lovely and spacious. Bed nice and comfortable. Location not too far from the town centre. Within easy walking distance of places to eat for dinner. Martin, the owner was very helpful. Came to Ipswich to visit relatives, so would stay at Lattice Lodge again.

This is a nice little guest house and the proprietor (Martin) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My booking was a little complicated and there were a few paperwork issues, but they were soon sorted. The room I has was small, but clean. The TV didn't work properly (I think the aerial had a problem) - and I think it may be on the list for a slight update - but was fine for me. Breakfast in the morning was good quality and cooked fresh. All in all it suited what I needed this time.

Martin the owner was delightful and so helpful. Breakfast was superb but a little slow due to a new kitchen hob they were still trying to work out. But fab and full brekkie. Suggestions provided for somewhere good to eat for dinner as we’d never been to Ipswich before. Plus a very handy Sainsbury’s local opposite in case you need anything at the last minute! Thank you Martin and co for a very enjoyable evening for my 8-yr old son, 78-yr old dad and I 😁😁

Owner as lovely, really friendly. Booking and payment was easy and communication excellent. The actual place is nice, a good value B&B with nice beds in a good location. Shower wasn't fantastic and could do with a bit more oomph but otherwise a very pleasant stay.
