Large and comfortable room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, conveniently located at Ly Quoc Su pho shop, near the big church

The location is very convenient to access all distances, very close to many restaurants or cafes. Hotel frontage is small but inside is very large, Staff is very caring, clean rooms, air conditioning is always cold. Wifi very fast. Watch the movie without lag at all. In general, there is nothing to complain about. I will choose this hotel for the next time. Very worth it.

Great hotel, excellent value for the great hostesses, smiling available, all the staff is top notch. The room is very clean, bright. The hotel is very centrally located. You can go there with your eyes closed. We had a good time.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights. Fabulous double room, extremely comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast including wide range of fresh fruits; Western and Vietnamese food. The egg station is also amazing. It's not very fast at rush hour, but the attitude of the staffs made for it. Probably the best services we have ever had in Asia: helpful staffs with good English proficiency; welcome drink and cold hand towels on arrival; good advice from customer service agents on local services and tourism. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling on budget but still expect good service.

The hotel is nice, clean, great location. But especially with a staff that bends over backwards (do everything for you) to serve you, without you asking. They offered us coffee when we went on a trip, we left our bags for 2 days and when we got back our bags and had breakfast they again offered us a coffee at departure! What more can be said. Super satisfied !

The hotel is well located in the center of old Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming, warm, helpful and efficient. A special thank you to Tony, the friendly receptionist who helped us arrange an amazing Halong Bay cruise and to Manh who took us through the streets of Hanoi to help us find a particular address as well. than all the rest of the team.
