Responses through hotels.com was slow. Once contact made given different information about checking in. Apartment was lacking curtains, found cockroach & other bugs crawling in draws, cupboards, floors. Requires 24/7 bug protection. Online checking was easy & efficient. Room access was great on first level. View hindered by trees. Apartments all about the location. Would make a goog anchor location to anywhere in Southern & Central NSW. Bring insect repellent.

Location couldn’t be beat! Right on the beach with great little downtown with lots of restraurants!

Very disappointed in the apartment. The online photos did NOT reflect the apartment we stayed in. Apt was very outdated and basic. Needs painting and styling. Shower was unclean with black grout. The location and views were the best feature. No leniency in check out time. I called to request a late check out time for the Sunday because we did not arrive until 10pm in the Friday but was told we had to pay $50 for an extra hour and half. Nowhere to leave our bags when we did leave. Would not stay here again.

Bit dated but overall very good for short break

The view was great. The place is not that clean. There were cockroaches in the kitchen that we discovered the first night (we stayed two nights.) My kids then also directed me to a large dead cockroach by the patio door. The furniture had stains on it. The carpet was dirty. I would not recommend anyone stay here. There is covered garage parking but our spot was extremely tight to get in and out of. Very annoying. I had to climb in through the passenger side to drive it.

Excellent location right next to the beach, with parking. Very spacious flat. Downmarked as it smells a bit from what I assume is a local restaurant kitchen, and the blinds weren’t very good at keeping out the sun. Overall very good value for money

If beachside convenience is all you are after, this is a good spot.

Nice place nice location. Lovely large apartment heaps of space. Advertised as access to a pool but there is the sea pool down the road. Incredibly noisy but it was Australia Day weekend. Cafe over the road had music unbelievably loud.

I liked being by the beach, There was always something going on, everyone was so friendly, Transportation was just outside your door, So many different types of food to try, You could walk any time of the day or night,

Read some very negative reviews of this property. Not justified in my books. It's not luxury accommodation and its furniture, fittings and amenities, while functional, are a bit dated and could use refreshing/replacement... but it's family friendly and close to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay and would book again.

The location is incredible and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. The Coogee View side can get quite noisy on the weekends.

Carpet was filthy, the couch had a huge rip, paint was peeling off the ceiling in both bathrooms, molding was left unfinished with sharp edges at the entrance of the kitchen, bathroom tile had mildew- overall the apartment was filthy. I wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the apartment. The location was great.

Great to stay in this area of Sydney for a couple of days. Older style property but clean and tidy. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment and bus right outside the door to the Randwick races. Plenty of dining options around. All around good value.

Great location, value for money, easy check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious. A few carpet stain issues. Maybe a cosmetic lift in regard to the bathroom and painting. More cushions on the lounges and additional bedding eg blankets

Perfect for what we were needing, a little noisey in the weekend, as people were all out enjoying themselves. A little dated but we only used It for sleeping, so all good.

Great for families. Large spacious apartment, close to the beach and all required amenities.
