Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, the lounge is very nice, the area is safe, and is very conveniently located near not only the park but also many restaurants.

The front desk ladies weren’t helpful , and some of them kinda rude . In the other hand breakfast buffet was always empty ,such a bad experience

Absolutely no complaints. Customer service, housekeeping, cafeteria, staff, etc. Everything was very professional.

Room was spotless and the staff was awesome. The front desk helped me out many times, and the staff for breakfast was very friendly. The hotel employees who cleaned my room were very thoughtful as well. My only complaint is that the surroundings of the hotel are loud. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep. If you want to enjoy nightlife and walk back to your hotel, this is probably the spot for you.

Good option, quite centric, good staff. Rooms are small but cozy, and it includes breakfast.

Very small. But the room wasn’t expensive either. A little outdated, but it did not cost the premium price either. The wall plugs were completely outdated. He will need adapters. They are very loose. You have issues charging your phone. The rooms are very small, but most people are not going to spend their time in the room anyway.. The staff was very helpful.

Clean room , washroom all tidy

Nice hotel and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. Location is very central to most attractions and liked the convenience of getting around. Near by club/pub noise can be annoying as they play loud music until 02:00AM. Room in the mid section in the 4th floor will be the quietest but if you are in the lover levels facing the streets then ear plugs are highly recommended to catch a good night sleep after full day of sightseeing.

Super convenient location in Miraflores - the Airport Express stops a few steps away, which was a bonus. Do note that due to the central location, it is bustling, and we appreciate the staff providing us with a quieter room when we requested it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms had sufficient space, the beds were comfy and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. The terrace where breakfast was served was pretty, and the breakfast had a good amount of options.

Staff was great, bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Only complaint is that our room was incredibly loud at night. There was some techno music coming from a nearby bar that was incredibly loud. One night was loud enough it felt like the bed was shaking!

The room was fine, the staff was very kind, but the location of this hotel is not ideal. We stayed on a Friday night, located directly on a street with all of the clubs and bars in Miraflores, music, screaming and honking didn’t stop until 2:30-3am…. Not ideal if you have an early morning tour!
