Great location with many things in walking distance. The room was clean and maid service daily. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend.

From start to finish great experience with friendly staff who really make it seem like they are happy to see you. My friend traveling with me is blind and had a service dog and we were all welcomed. Showers had hot water and bathroom and bedroom clean with upgrades. Bed was so comfy and such great comforter it was perfect.

Good breakfast, very kind staff, very clean room. Dirty worn-down furniture in the lobby creates a bad image to the entire hotel. Why don't they get rid of it? Very good location in the heart of Miraflores. It is near the Airport Express bus station and a lot of restaurants, small shops. Better stay in this area than near the seaside. Electricity outlets were positioned sideways and plugs kept falling out of them. Too bad! They should be changed. The sound isolation is very good: there was a noisy street outside, but thanks to the multiple-layered isolating windows, I could not hear a thing! Very comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom as well. They also give you plenty of soap and liquid shower gel.

Everything was good! But not to happy with the service (only stateroom attendant was great)

Clean, comfortable room in a location convenient to the malecon, Parque Kennedy and the stop for the Airport Express bus. Breakfast was good.

Abit loud late at night but other than that everything was great

It is the fourth time I stay in this hotel, the place is very clean and cozy and the service is great. Pretty close from the 3rd stop of the AirPort Express bus which makes it very convenient

Nice staff, great location, good value for money.

The staffs are very kind and helpful, the person (Javier) who picked me up from the airport was peace for my mind. He was patient, kind and on time.

Very clean and comfortable. Was a nice touch with some chocolates left on the bed.

The Hotel was nice and in an excellent location two minutes walk from Parque Kennedy and the Tourist Information Centre. Some of the Reception Staff were a little miserable but the majority of the staff were excellent.

The location

Great location, the stuff was in bad mood when we arrived but but for couple days no problem. The hotel is old or not good condition one of our rooms the ac wasn’t working, my toilet was leaking water and the furniture was ripped and old at the lobby. But for location and short stay is good.
