At the hotel, near the train station, a short walk, the rooms are clean, reasonable, inexpensive, with a convenient store near.

Comfy futon, clean room & bathroom. Laundry machine and dryer available at the rooftop.

Room is very small. No fresh air

The location is close to Kyoto Station ... the street is family mart. Coco curry ... so it's easy if I want to find food ... I stay in a family room (2BR) suitable for families and affordable prices. Can entrust luggage too even after checking out ... really enjoyed my stay here ..

I arrived at 11 am, I planned to leave the suitcase but the hotel was only open at 2:00 p.m. although it was close to Kyoto Station, I had to go back to the station and look for a coin locker to store the luggage. Very small tatami room must be folded if you want to open the suitcase.

The hotel is in good location not far from Kyoto station but for reception, there are specific time for service. Anyway it easy to understand how to check in and deposit the luggage. Overall is good. So, recommend!

It's an OK hotel. The room is clean and amenity was good. Everything is so small. The only problem is we don't get email promised about how to enter the building (reception is after 14.00) we arrived at 11.30 and no idea how to enter. Before, we already asking via app about 'can we put luggage before check in time', but there was no reply. Have to stroll around with luggage until 14.00 and by then still can't check in until 15.00, but at least we can put luggage at reception.

The hotel is highly recommended to stay in Kyoto, the place is clean, the staff is very friendly, close to the mini market. You can save luggage before checking in.

Very good location near JR KYOTO. Less than 5 minutes walk. Affordable room. During the walk back to the school, going through the avanti building. There is Dongki for shopping. The school is clean. Staff can speak English.

Very close to Kyoto jar station. and if you decide to go home from Kyoto to the airport, only 400m from the hotel there is an airport limousine bus stop, either to KIX or ITM. Near the hotel there are many restaurant choices, my favorite is Nakau which is directly opposite Kyoto Station. directly opposite the hotel there is a family Mart. contents of the room is very efficient in a minimalist room, but very comfortable. the staff are very friendly and informative. overall, the hotel is minimalist and very comfortable.
