The rooms were pretty small but beds comfortable. All clean but the property wasn’t in “super condition”. Breakfast wasn’t very good at all, smelled of bacon in the entire eating area. But the staff was very friendly.

Good restful short stay. Very convenient to station, ferry and castle, lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast. Early check-in was appreciated.

This hotel was nicely located. Great view. Small breakfast was nice to have. Can easily walk to castle from hotel. Something to note, which I feel bad about, but there was construction going on right outside on the street. It was loud and very annoying. We also had a hard time getting our vehicle out of parking because of the construction. I know none of this is the hotels fault. But something to be aware of I guess. Hopefully construction ends soon for their sake. Hotel was great to communicate with and gave us easy instructions on where to park, getting key card, etc.

This is an old school and friendly hotel. We had a comfortable bed, great breakfast and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nice helpful staff, great breakfast and very convenient location. On the first floor facing the station so some tram noise as they sounded a horn. Had thought we’d be in the fourth floor. Only here one night so it didn’t matter too much.

Nice, solid, comfortable and convenient hotel. Nothing fancy about it, but also nothing bad.

The parking is very limited and very tight to get into. Friendly staff. We could easily walk to shops & dining. Live music about 5 minute walk away towards Kronborg Slot.

If you stay here, ask for a quiet room away from main street. Many rooms overlook main road thru town which was very noisy all night. Delivery truck arrived and banged around at 3 am. Noise finally settled down about 4 am. Room was very warm - no AC, even tho temps were in mid 50’s F outside at night. Open the window to cool - ups - increases street noise. Unable to sleep. Hotel has car parking, but full when we arrived, so parked in nearby parking lot

Hotel sent me code for entry which was very convenient. Room was large with bedding for 3 persons. Breakfast was nice. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. If looking for new and modern this isn’t your best choice. But if looking for older with character in the heart of the community and friendly staff (and clean) Hotel Skandia is a great choice.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, comfortable room and bed/bedding. Excellent value for 2/3 night stay.

Great location near train and sites

This was an absolutely charming hotel. I can’t think of one thing wrong with it. Great room for the value. The staff was lovely and friendly, and the front desk woman (owner?)!helped us with some information about the town and things we wanted to do in the area. The room is spacious and very clean and the breakfast was yummy! Will come again. Thank you!

It is very close to the Ferry and walking distance to many shops and restaurants!
