Support early check-in, mostly foreign guests, spacious rooms, beautiful open space, enthusiastic and cute staff. Lots of amenities for children. Overall relatively satisfied. In addition, the buffet is not very diverse, the food stalls are arranged quite loosely, not commensurate with the price of a 5-star hotel.

Resort này phù hợp người nước ngoài hơn. Chủ yếu là nghỉ dưỡng. Khu ăn uống khá ít và xa. View ngoài 100 điểm nhưng trong phòng chỉ ở mức khá. Ai muốn trải nghiệm thì có thể ở đây 1 đêm thôi. Chứ 2 đêm là hơi chán !! Toàn bộ mọi thứ trong này đều sử dụng tiếng Anh. Được cái 10 điểm nữa là bữa sáng rấtt oke và khu bơi khá rộng.

Very enthusiastic staff, quality breakfast, clean campus.

Mình đắp máy bay sớm nên đến khách sạn sớm hơn giờ quy định (3h trưa). Lúc sáng mình đã gọi hỏi nhân viên có được nhận phòng sớm hơn không, nhân viên báo mình đến khách sạn để được hỗ trợ. Mình đến khách sạn lúc 1h30 trưa, làm thủ tục sớm thì nhân viên nói không hỗ trợ được, hẹn nào có phòng sớm sẽ gọi . Thế là mình đợi trong khu trò chơi trẻ em do bên đây không có phòng chờ cho khách ở xa lưu trú đến sớm. Đến 2h30 gọi lên hỏi vẫn chưa có phòng xong. Đến 3h - giờ check in thì gọi xe đến để nhận phòng, đợi 20 phút không có nhân viên đón. Thang máy cũ, phòng ốc cũng cũ. Khá thất vọng với khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5 sao. Mình đặt phòng giá 10 triệu nhưng cảm thấy không xứng đáng.

Quá tệ . Chưa bao giờ phải lên đánh giá như thế này nhưng với giá tiền bỏ ra là quá sức tệ!

Trải nghiệm ở Hyatt không chê vào đâu đc, chỉ có điều các bạn lưu ý là ở Hyatt bồn cầu không kèm vòi xịt nên sẽ hơi bất tiện nhé.

I stayed in the Regency Club room. The breakfast buffet is not a full buffet, it's just a buffet at the Regency club. The plus point is that the Club has an evening cocktail buffet with many delicious desserts, cakes and fruits. Especially the crispy roast pork and salad at Hyatt is excellent. Friendly polite staff, beautiful scenery, many facilities. Beautiful surroundings, clean sea and swimming pool. The room is fine, although many of the appliances are a bit old. The power outlet is quite poor, I plugged in the charger and had to adjust it many times. Especially the toilet does not have a nozzle, the most regretful thing on this trip. The hotel has a shuttle bus from Hyatt -> Hoi An at 10am, the car is clean, the driver is extremely polite. In general, Hyatt only has a bit old room amenities, the rest is great. The gym has very good facilities ~ I will probably come back next time ❤️

This hotel is perfect for honeymoon or family getaways! You can enjoy the private beach where you can enjoy a peaceful swim in the ocean or even do water activity such as stand up paddling & etc. Their service was impeccable-staff members has good command of English which makes communication easier and are very generous with their smiles. Overall satisfied-such an easy & chill beach holiday.

When I enjoyed my breakfast, the Hyatt staff came to me and told “your reservation is not including the breakfast”. So I had to argue with the staff and they ruined all my vacation. That was terrible and disappointed. They ruined all of my vacation. So bad experience to me.

You receptionist support to upgrade the spacious family room for free, with full room facilities like at home. 2 small single beds, 1m2. Spacious, clean swimming pool, easy to walk. There is an electric car to serve if there is a need. Breakfast is not too rich in dishes, but quality. The location is about 8km from the center, so it is suitable for guests with private car.

The Room was not met my expectation. Room with Ocean View is smaller than advertising. Breakfast Buffet was poor.

After quarantine time, hotel is not crowned, but operation team do their best. great view, good food service, clean and warm.
