It was amazing to stay here, every time I come to Bangkok I always stay here. The breakfast buffet was amazing, delicious, and had a lot of choices.

I really really really like this hotel, not gonna lie. The room, the receptionist, the concierge got a perfect score, 10 out of 10 no doubt. Breakfast food 9.5 out of 10. Many choices and have a good taste. For location, I would say 8.5 out of 10 only because in rush hour the traffic in front of the hotel [is] really nasty, not gonna lie. BUT hands down this hotel [is] connected to [a] BTS station, so there's no more traffic jam in rush hour traffic (I mean it, the hotel have their own path to the BTS station). Overall 9.5 out of 10. *For smoker: there is only 1 dedicated room smoking area inside the hotel, but I preferred to smoke outside the hotel in the garden. They have a nice chair and ashtray with open air, but the downside [is] I need to go to the lobby every time I want to smoke.

A hotel that is highly recommended for travelers who will use a lot of public transport networks in Bangkok such as (BTS, MRT, BRT Airport, etc.) because this hotel has its own connecting bridge access to Surasak BTS station on the Silom Line. Only 1 station from Saphan taxin where connected to the central pier on the Chao Phraya River to get to the Asiatique, Wat Pho, Wat Arun and Grand Palace, also to the Siam Mall icon. If you want to pass the path along the Chao Phraya River. the hotel is also good. special service. awesome view. And the infinity pool is good. A hotel that can be a top choice when visiting Bangkok. I will return to stay there if I visit Bangkok again. Maybe the input is to multiply the breakfast menu that doesn't use pork, considering that there are quite a lot of hotel guests who can't eat it. Keep up the good work Eastin grand hotel Sathorn Bangkok

The room was very comfortable and large with speedy WiFi connection. The breakfast menu was various and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. But if you like to have a tour or sightseeing, better use outside tour agent, because they charge you like crazy if you use the service from the hotel.

A good hotel there is a direct bridge to lt 3 hotels from BTS Surasak. Breakfastnya tasty, can free extra bed and breakfast for children under 16 years old. Her large twin room, his bed size 2 x 1.2m, for a double room bednya size 2 x 2m. Clean room conditions, the AC was cold and not noisy, good shower water pressure, using Aigner toiletries, TV Channel in English choices are many. Service was very satisfying, very concerned with the sleeping comfort of hotel guests. The swimming pool is on the 14th floor with views of the city can swim bangkok. Check in is quite tight requested passport and immigration along the entire living room 1000 baht deposit. Check Out process is fast.
