10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazaar. 5 minutes walk there is a tram station. Around many restaurants and coffee shops. The view from the dining place facing the sea is really beautiful. The cleanliness of the room is good and the bed is not too soft. The AC is cold, the water pressure is good and there is always hot water.
