A well positioned and calm hotel 500 m away from the hustle and bustle of the beach , staff were unbelievable and dedicated Food and the menu were varied and impressive each day (stayed half board) Suite was large and restocked with coffee tea etc each day and beds were made The cleanliness of the hotel was best I have ever seen There is a lot of Germans visit this hotel but everyone spoke English and were polite and courteous Spa was really nice would stay again

A really lovely hotel, was only there a few days so didn’t use the amenities to their full. Didn’t realise that half board didn’t include drinks although you can get bubbles at breakfast. The food was good and never felt cramped so you could always guarantee a table. The pool loungers were busier at times but the pool itself never crowded. A short walk to a beautiful beach and public transport into Palma not far away. A great short break.

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was very good but can get busy so get there before 9. The spa was relaxing. All bars were good...a bit difficult to find the sky bar

Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be. I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent.

Amazing stay!

Genuinely such amazing service. Shout out to Pepe in the restaurant and all the other staff from waiting to housekeeping to reception to spa. Just excellent service and not too far from Palma and the airport.

We had an amazing time here. We had previously booked another hotel but before we fly we saw the weather would be bad and raining so decided to pay a little bit more and at least have a good interior pool to spend time while the weather was bad. This hotel is amazing really good spa overall and well worth it to go half board. Ideal for when the weather is bad and the sun doesn't shine. Has several pools one being a rooftop pool for adults only which I did know about until we got there. absolutely recommend and wouldn't think twice. The rooms are amazing we stayed in a suite so we had living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, like a little apartment. Really loved it and would be back for sure.

Only thing wrong is string smell of cleaning chemicals in the lobby and that can give some headaches. We told the employees and they said it gives them headaches too!! Management needs to change chemicals.

Beautiful hotel. Sophisticated and handsome. Huge pool. I'll be back! A special mention of the very professional and polite Dominik in reception who was very welcoming.
