The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. The location is great, directly across from Kumamoto train station, just a little to the left. It's very convenient. If I go to Kumamoto again, I will definitely stay here.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan. Very close to Kumamoto station, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast food is also very good. I will stay here again if I go to Kumamoto again.

The food was good, they have a public bathroom, and the receptionist is cute and helpful.
