The hotel was really ran down, definitely not the cleanest.

It was ok for the price and location.

We arrived really late, and depart early. But everything vas really clean and nice. So my experience was perfect 👌

Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking Crystal river. We enjoyed the view, watching the dolphins and manatees. So relaxing, we brought our own paddleboards and paddled to Three sisters and encountered more manatees. We'll be back. The restaurants food was excellent, the grouper sandwich was the bomb.

Shower faucet falling off. Doors have extra locks as earlier ones had broken. No hair conditioner “Breakfast” machine coffee no artificial sweeteners, cookies for breakfast and underripe bananas. Just no effort! We chose this place knowing the area had been hit multiple times by hurricanes. We like giving our business to local places. But there needs to be some effort of comfort. Unfortunately we booked on hotels.com. Spent 109 on this hotel worth about 60.

The sheets were not changed when we arrived and the room was in a terrible condition

Old Florida style hotel on the water with a super pretty view and a bigger room than expected. Super friendly staff. The restaurant on the property is great, Grouper bites are a must have! Really affordable pontoon rentals $239 after taxes for a 10 person boat from 8am-5pm with gas included?? That’s unheard of! 10/10 experience I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel for location and views...quite comfortable ...the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee was warm and delicious...other than banana, breakfast isnt much... but I dont think that is what this gem is about. Bed was comfy and pillows were good...TV offers plenty of channels

You pay 44 dollars to rent a boat slip for the weekend then the dock hands leave at 530 and they let whoever park in your spot to go to the restaurant. So when you get in from fisging your spot is taken and you cant park your boat. Also steps getting down to boat docks are metal.. in morning's they are soaking wet 4 people in our party fell.

We have come to the property over the years and it is in need of rebuilding. Great location and the restaurant was great with good food and good service

I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The property is from the 1960’s. Gross. I felt like I was camping. Bathtub chipping.

Waterfront room. Private terrace outside of room. Perfect View of the sunset. Spacious room. Mostly updated but clean. Staff from check in to gift shop to bar to restaurant were friendly and helpful. The BEST crab cakes. Shrimp Poke bowl was superb. On the water casual dining and bar.
