Beautiful and manicured gardens. Lovely pool and patio. Convenient though tired and in need of refurbishment rooms. Good and agreable staff.

Very easy and close access to the airport, including shuttle sercice every half hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was unhelpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was far below standard. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent, and the room felt poorly maintained. To make things worse, the safe box didn’t work, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, not worth the stay—there are much better options available.

Nothing was unique. It is conveniente for the airport, but the promissed shuttle from the airport never arrived and neither the driver nor the hotel answered the phone when I called them to tell them we were waiting in the designated area. That lack of service is terrible when you expect to be picked up and it doesn’t arrive late at night. We had to get a taxi.

Bonito tanto el hotel como sus áreas recreativas. El colchón se mueve mucho al dormir en pareja y eso lo hace incómodo durante la noche.

Really nice hotel with beautiful grounds peacocks and ducks included. For a high end hotel why oh why are the cleaning people making noise all day. You also get chatged 10000COP for bottled drinking water. These little tjings take the shine off an otherwise lovely hotel.
