During check-in, on May 2, I was informed that they are fully booked. I was surprised because my booking was confirmed and paid as early as Feb 10. I was told to wait since they have to contact agent, and I was not informed what was the problem. I was just booked to a smaller nearby hotel for one night - May 2 then will check out the following day May 3, since there will be an available room at Ritz Hotel. The transfer to and from Ritz was done smoothly, I was even accompanied by a staff who made all the arrangements with other property, and I do appreciate what was done, however, I was disappointed with the outcome of my booking. I do not know which one was remiss, was it agent or Ritz Hotel?

We booked their standard room and it does not look like in the pictures. The actual room is quite stinky and old. Our assigned room was also in the ground floor so it was noisy with the cars and people passing by. The sheets were quite itchy. We requested to transfer to other room but the receptionist told us that they are fully booked. So we decided to cancel but when we were about to leave, the bellboy told us that there's another room. But we were already frustrated and so we transferred to an other apartment.

The room is very dusty. Divisions are only plywood. You can hear the conversations from the adjacent room. Too bad, they were so noisy laughing and shouting. I called the f.o about it since it's so disturbing, (I am nursing a one month old baby,I needed to rest) nothing happened. My 6 year old son said he doesn't like the place, they're just hiding the dirt under the bed. I asked for a tissue and doormat, nobody came, toilet has no bidet

Our room was upgraded due to a group event at the hotel which was awesome. The place is beautiful and the room is spacious and relaxing. Transportation is accessible and the location is nearby known establishments.

This was our third stay at the Ritz, the first time no buffet breakfast offered, we were told not enough guest to make buffet instead we were given very small portion Filipino breakfast, same thing the second time we stayed, finally on the third visit we got the buffet breakfast, my feet were black on the bottom from walking without slippers in our room, I requested a room with good internet connection and our room had the router right outside the main door to room but 0.50 was the fastest speed obtained, I used my "Lite" on my cell to get 1.5 speed instead, you can only get 12 channels with their cable television service, the hotel has so much potential, I think it's poorly managed. When I first came in to the room I noticed that the room was huge and nice but then when I tried lying in bed I noticed that it smells awful. Then I went to the toilet to check it and it also smells bad. i tried calling the housekeeping number but nobody's answering my call. i had to go out and look for the housekeeping guy, they said that the bed sheet is new but it really smells not good. The swimming pool is very slippery. i fell down wen I came in to the pool
