I found the hotel clean and functional. Breakfast was very time ltd. Food wasn’t out even for the short time it was supposed to be. It was good food. Not great beds as built up to one side so I had to climb over my husband to get out. Staff very nice and helpful. The hotel situation out of town but the taxi ‘bolt’ was very quick and cheap. £3.50 into kosice.

Perfect place, a very profesional staff, great breakfast, and all food generally. The only but is: it is located on a very busy road. If you have issues with that, ask for a room facing the other side.

A short few day stay with family to visit Kosice. Hotel is clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you need. Staff are friendly and helpful at reception, also in the restaurant (for breakfast). There isn't much to do around the area but we had car rental so it was easy to get by. Only downfall is room cleaning - they don't clean anything - only just fold your bed, no change of towels, didn't clean the cups, no top up of tea/coffee either. Overall was a good stay.

Fair for the price. Air conditioning very fickle and weak. Wash basin in the room instead of the bathroom means water gets splashed around somewhat.

It is very disappointing to sleep in a hotel where there is a constant electrical pumping noise outside your window when you shut the window to avoid the noise the air conditioner in your room does not work and to make it worse the hotel held a wedding reception where the party went all night without notifying there customers that you will get no sleep all night because of the loud noise. There was no selection of English on free to air Tv including Netflix and YouTube. The breakfast was satisfactory please provide a towel over your bread and tongs should be made available for all selections. No English labels on any of the breakfast selections including the coffee machine. They don’t encourage foreign tourists.

What a nice place friendly staff nice clean rooms. Excellent food would stay again!

For this room price I expected little bit more, but room was clean. Restaurant was… bad… because of the staff. The waiter has another interest than his work - some girl. I can understand a little, but the people in the restaurant had empty glasses. After 20 minutes without any drink I payd and left.

Great room Great location

Arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Door was locked. Had to use call button to get in. Check-in was okay. Elevator was dirty and musty. Appears they are doing renovations. Room numbers were written on wall next to doors. Room very musty and warm, small, bathroom dingy. Door opening to shower area is very narrow. This hotel markets itself as upper end but definitely not. Very disappointed.

Very comfortable and thoughtful amenities. Bathroom and shower was top notch. Attractive decor and very welcoming staff. Will definitely be back!

For last minute trip it was good choice for one night. Check in for quick and without problem. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice. Till next time.

Our second stay here, at the end of the holiday. Standard was as good as on our previous stay, breakfast even better. Staff kept our phone charger safe (we forgot it in the room) and gave it back to us on our second stay. Excellent parking facilities and the Occitane body wash freely available in the shower and wash basin is a very nice touch. We really liked the walk-in showers.Thank you.

Really good stay. About a mile from the centre of town but right beside a tram stop so very easy.

It was a nice hotel with an actual shower. Most hotels in Kosice do not have standup showers, but have bathtubs with a shower head, which means that you will have to sit down to give yourself a shower. The place was clean, and the bed was good. There is a buzzing noise that comes from the power slot where you put your access card in to turn on the lights. If you want it to be quiet at night, pull out the card. The location is fairly industrial, but it is a short drive to the historic quarter. There isn't much within a 15-minute walk of the hotel. Breakfast was good.
