The lady at the front desk was wonderful! Very sweet and helpful. The room was in desperate need of fixing though. The ceiling in the bathroom had a huge crack in it. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Consistently excellent hotel in Durham. Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.
