Nous sommes allés pendant le gros froid de l’hiver et la chambre n’a jamais réchauffé. On a gelée toute la nuit. Malgré qu’on leur ai dit, aucune compensation.

Great staff, very pleasant stay. Wasn't expecting much for the price but was VERY satisfied. Will be coming back.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Deep tub. No issue with hot water or pressure. Comfy bed. Large mini-fridge. Clean. Given lots of towels (I often reserve at other places for 4 people and only get 2 sets of towels). Large flat screen tv with Illeco. If you are there for a week though, there’s no dresser.

I needed to cancel and instead of charging me a cancellation fee they took the entire room price.

Room was clean, Staff was. nice. in terms of Quality VS price, I couldn't of asked for better.

Easy parking. Shopping in the area was easy.

Wish they would have changed the lock to our room which was a bit dicey. Ok but dated and front office had limited hours. Bed was not made up ( we stayed two nights). You get what you pay for.

Perfect and affordable for a quick stay - owner is very ncie and went twice out of his way to help me out. Clean and cheap with helpful staff - what could you ask more for that price?

Instructions should be provided regarding the use of the TV. Had to request assistance. Otherwise everything else was very good. Clean, comfortable beds, convenient refrigerator and Keurig machine. Front desk employee was very helpful.

Amazing place, great staff, only small thing is that there were ladybugs; not sure if it’s just common in Sherbrooke

First impression of the place was: old and not very well maintained. They are still using physical keys to get into the room. All the interior looked very dated and old fashioned. The bathroom had no room for anything on the sink. The room was clean and the bed slept OK. There was nobody to check out in the morning, I just dumped the keys in a mail slot, as directed.
