Everything’s great! Location, Food (breakfast buffet), service (friendly staff) complimentary welcome food, clean room, swimming pool and free bicycles to use - all these for a very affordable price! Just one thing, minor thing. You may need to update your pictures and description that says the room has terrace We’ve got a non-terrace room. I kind of expected it. Though it does not matter much. Just letting you know. Still, thank you for the wonderful stay!

Booked a room with balcony but got a room without balcony, not even has a window

My husband and I just went to Hoi An earlier this month and in Hai Au. From the personal point of view of the husband and wife, the guesthouse is very clean, the breakfast buffet is very rich and delicious. Just about every spouse is Vietnamese, the rest are foreigners, so if they are Vietnamese, they need to be asked. Hai Au is a bit short on this, besides the location is also near Cua Dai beach, far away from the center, bike riding all but the butt.
