It is very easy to get into Bury St Edmunds without a car, as the bus stop for the 84,86 service is next to the Cadogan Arms.with buses every 30 minutes. The staff are all very helpful and polite too. Plus such very comfy mattresses and good sized en-suite bathroom. The food is very good and very well presented too. Would I use the Cadogan Arms again certainly.

Staff were lovley checking in, room was lush and warm clean and had every thing I needed for my stay

Was running late and had phone call to check if I needed food as kitchen closing at 9pm. Got several options as I arrived just after and food was delicious and great service. Would definitely recommend!

Great find, excellent all round!

Location was easy to find with ability to have dinner after arrival. Easy to get into Bury St. Edmunds and back to RAF Lakenheath if need be. Close to several gas stations and highway. Room was very clean, roomy, and very quiet. Only stayed 1 night, but definitely would stay again and could easily do several nights. Next time, will try pub downstairs.

Very comfortable stay - Excellent bed! Room even better than the listing photos! Room only and we didn’t eat or drink in the pub/restaurant. Easy parking and access to room.

Clean, cosy, perfect location en route to a business trip.

It was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We liked that there was proper coffee in the room. The only thing that was not clear, was the process for check out and leaving the key in the room.

Great place to stay, very convenient for what we wanted. Staff we spoke to were very friendly & helpful. Only negative was the room wasn't serviced on one of the days, which meant no biscuits...

We booked on a room only basis. No breakfast provided, this was known at the time of booking. Restaurant open from 12 noon till late. Matt and Kate were front of house, very efficient, but relaxed and friendly at the same time, Matt especially is very welcoming and informative about food, drinks etc, nothing too much trouble. We stayed whilst visiting family in the area, would recommend.
