Great location, staff, breakfast, good bed and gym. Minus- unable to regulate room temperature?! + 25 c , unless you open the window to a noisy street.

The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Good location. Brakfast was simple not fresh and it was deeply disappointing. It was Easter Monday morning.

Great hotel, walking distance to the beach and promenades. Great shops and restaurants around. Hotel offers great breakfasts. Great place for couples or families with children. Strongly recommended.

This day was for only one night. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful kind gracious people. I thank you. I hadn't had any sleep for over 40 hours. It was what I needed to get the rest I needed. Thank you so very much

Three night stay on the German border ... with over a km of markets setup for the Germans. Hotel was comfortable and breakfasts were good.

This hotel is conveniently located directly on the main road coming from Usedom, just over the border. It is easy to explore the whole island from it, by bike or car.The room was modern, comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated. Top marks for the breakfast buffet and free parking directly in front of the hotel and welcoming front desk personnel. A line of small souvenir shops selling leather goods, etc, begins at the hotel and stretches all the way back to the German border. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade with numerous shops and some good Polish restaurants.

Side trip to meet up with an old friend. Hotel location was great. Room size was smaller than expected creating a tight situation. Breakfast was good. Would recommend.

War ok für polnische Verhältnisse. Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Die Umgebung ist auch ziemlich polnisch. Wenig Parkplätze. Es wie angegeben okay. Großer Vorteil- man konnte nach wenigen Schritten nach Deutschland mit der Bahn

Opholdet var ok. Men værelset var meget lille pga noget af værelset var altan som ikke rigtigt kan bruges pga mågerne var meget nærgående og at der ikke var terrassemøbler. Morgenmaden var var meget ensformig og kedelig. Og rengøring var nogenlunde men efter 7 dage og stadig samme sengetøj "kunne vi se pga de samme pletter stadig var der efter endt rengøring" det var ikke ok. Men byen er hyggelig. Men at der stadig ikke er lager stander til el bil er os gåde når man gerne vil være klimavenlig.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Heruntergekommenes Mobiliar. Sehr abweisendes Personal. Keine Deutschkenntnisse, obwohl Gaste fast nur deutschsprachig waren. Auch sehr mangelhafte Englischkenntnisse. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alles sehr zentral in Bahnhofsnähe.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Konzertes in Heringsdorf im Hampton Hotel in Swinemünde. Das Hotel hat nur einen Bruchteil von dem gekostet, was wir für ein Hotel in Deutschland gezahlt hätten, die Qualität hat aber trotzdem gestimmt. Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns auf Nachfrage schnell und unkompliziert ein Taxi gerufen, Check-in und Check-out gingen fix, man hätte erwartet, dass das Hotelpersonal unmittelbar hinter der deutschen Grenze noch deutsch spricht, das war für uns persönlich aber kein Problem, wir sind super mit Englisch weitergekommen.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, insgesamt super sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Der Weg zur Promenade und dem Strand war uns zu weit.

Et helt gjennomsnittlig hotell. Romslig rom, med helt ok seng, og standard hotellfrokost. Lite tilgjengelig parkering og personalet brydde seg overhodet ikke om å veilede hvor man burde eller kunne parkere. Ellers et helt ok hotell å overnatte på, men for kostbart i høysesongen
