Room has seen better times. Bathtub so messy we didn’t take a shower. I called prior to staying and asked how much for two dogs, they said nonrefundable $50. When I checked out it was $150. Highway robbery. They said they don’t care if I gave them a bad review so here it is. Keep driving.

Beautiful, spacious rooms, clean, quiet, generous breakfast, friendly staff.

Shower had a lot of mold around the base.

Breakfast was less than favorable. Bed was firm. Minimal tv options but convenient and staff were pleasant.

The hotel is super clean. The small suite is very spacious and has all the amenities. There’s a small store downstairs with basic food items. Very nice hotel on a highway. There are two or theee restaurants within walking distance. But Winnie is a super small town with not much to do

Our stay was disappointing, to say the least. The Winnie, TX Hampton Inn has just gone downhill. Nothing has been well maintained nor updated since it's been open. The tv did not work, the toilet was broken from the floor, the bed and bedding were not at all comfortable, the entire room just felt dingy and dirty. My 3 year old cut his leg open on the pull out sofa bed. I went downstairs for first aide supplies and were told they had none. The elevator was dirty. We booked a room for the night due to our AC going out at home. While this was out of the hotel's control, the power went out at about 3am and never came back on before we left. I would think that a Hampton Inn would have a standby generator. This Hampton Inn does not. Our youngest has Cystic Fibrosis and requires electricity for his breathing and vest treatments so no power/generator is a big deal for us.

It was a great place to stay with an electric car on a road trip. They have about 6 tesla chargers and with an adapter we were able to charge for free while we stayed there. Breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Pool and hot tub unusable. Disgusting breakfast and old contact and a pill was found in room from previous occupants

I was in the 3rd floor and there was barely any water pressure for the shower..just a dribble

Room appeared to be unkept. TV was broken, wall thermostat was hanging off of wall with tape trying to hold it on, lamp shade had holes in it, TV was broken and shower head had duct tape around it and the water spray was super limited.

Hampton Inn and Suites in Winnie was clean, friendly, helpful, and overall great!

Relaxing and comfortable stay.

Just a weekend getaway and it was very relaxing and peaceful.

I stay here every time we visit. It’s Always a plus when the front counter recognizes you. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel!

Perfect location very quite very comfortable. Had movies to watch. Not just regular TV…. The complementary breakfast in the morning was delicious and the coffee was really good too very comfortable stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. The hotel is a good place to stay, however it is becoming dated. It is convenient for overnight stay for travel on to the Galveston cruise port. The bedding is clean but not as crisp as newer items. I will probably still stay there as it is comfortable and convenient.
