We absolutely adored this pousada! The images truly do not do this place justice, and thus it more than exceeded our expectations!! It is similar to a resort, in that it is essentially an assortment of buildings (hotel rooms) that encircle the large property and in the center of it all is the gorgeous pool/patio area, with an excellent bar/restaurant. It is a 1 minute walk away from Geribá beach, which is, in my opinion, the best beach in Buzios. The staff at Tangarás was exceptionally kind and available to answer any questions. Keep in mind that the Geribá neighborhood is far from the city center where most night life and restaurants are, but the taxi ride from Tangarás is only about 20-30 R$. I highly recommend this Pousada to anyone who wants a relaxing, worry free beach vacation!

Chegamos na pousada no sábado à tarde e fomos recebidos por um pessoal extremamente solícito e agradável. Recebemos no nosso check in de brinde 4 caipirinhas... fino demais rsrsrs. Estava tendo música ao vivo na pousada no bar ao lado da piscina... não dava vontade de sair dali por nada. Que ambiente espetacular!! A pousada é lindíssima, com luzes noturnas que deixam ela ainda chic. Todos os profissionais foram perfeitos, atenciosos, amáveis!! Como estávamos com o nosso bebê, a estrutura da copa com microondas e frutinhas foi bem acima do esperado. Também consegui trabalhar de lá em uma sala cheia de puffs. Caramba, sem mais palavras pra descrever. Foi uma das melhores experiências de estadia que tivemos em família.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! would highly recommend booking the Exclusive Room for the added luxury. Very clean, great food, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing location. Will definitely return.

The hotel looks beautiful and has a nice outdoor area, but our room was really bad and old and the service was very slow.

We've had good times there. The staff was friendly, the site looks very good and it's well taken care of. The room was clean, and breakfast was good.

A short walk to 2 wonderful beaches. A friendly and helpful staff. Good food & drinks. Well worth the price.

Hotel looked great, loved all the different areas for relaxation. Some staff were wonderful, sorting problems out for us, advising on places to go etc. but others were moody and unhelpful making us feel as if we were putting them out by asking a question. The hotel is quite a distance from the main shopping, eating areas, but the hotel could arrange transfers and the taxi back was inexpensive so that was not a problem. Enjoyed the stay overall and would recomend it, the breakfast spread was huge, and set us up for the day.

A pousada tem um estrutura excelente, quarto impecável. Gostei muito do cafe liberado. Unica observação seria na limpeza da piscina, precisa melhorar na manutenção da agua. Tirando isso, minha estadia foi otima.

Muito perto da Praia de Geribá. Quarto muito limpo. Hotel muito limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Um dia, teve uma torta de maracujá que estava excelente. Emprestam toalha, cadeira e guarda-sol pra ir pra praia. A piscina aquecida e a sauna úmida são maravilhosas. Os funcionários são bem educados. Uma noite choveu e, no dia seguinte, a governanta disponibilizou guarda-chuva para todos os hóspedes. Achei muito atencioso.
