Dirty corridors, cold food and poor selection. This was not a 4 star hotel experience. Very disappointing stay and not worth the money.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet area so it was really easy to walk around and relax in nature. In general transportation is not as reliable as compared to a major city so that may have to be a consideration for some people. The only weird thing about their breakfast is they serve the eggs cold. Unsure about that, but cold scrambled eggs are not for me. Property overlooks a nice area.

Hotel is a bit dated. The weekend we were there it seemed that they were suffering from a lack of staff, it was the same ones every shift, but they were good for all that. Pools were very good, and clean

That was awesome! our room was on the 7th floor and the balcony had an absolutely stunning view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. The only note is that the wi-fi signal in the room was poor, but this did not spoil our holiday at all. We had a buffet breakfast and always found something to eat. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!

Good pool area with plenty of activities. Seems a little dated and service very slow

I don’t recommend this property, dirty towels, smelly rooms, dirty swimming pool and horrible breakfast.

Rude staff (shouted at for daring to ask why the room was not ready when they said it would be, even though I was with a 10 month old baby), dirty rooms (including rusty bathroom ) which are cleaned sporadically. Very bad quality of breakfast. Room keys which constantly stop working.

Excellent location right by the beach. Staff were not helpful and make sarcastic comments to customers. Breakfast buffet is poor quality.

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions up to a few years ago, I returned this year it was not a good experience. The staff were unfriendly, no name badges, The food in the dining room was of poor quality. The corridors were filthy and need to be vacuumed. The room was spotless. The house keeping staff friendly and helpful. There are not enough staff working in reception. You have no business in this hotel if you only speak English. Hardly any information provided in English. There is no late check out. No changing room to shower if you have a late flight, I was told “change in the toilet” The only plus for this hotel is that it is almost on the beach, Cala Marsal beach is beautiful as is Porto Colom. Porto Colom is the most relaxing place in the world but stay somewhere else not Cala Marsal

Je ne sais pas si c’est souvent ainsi mais pour nous, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans notre chambre. À part ça, c’est un hôtel très bien situé pour la plage et les quelques délicieux restaurants à 5 minutes de marche

The hotel is dated but excellent location, friendly staff, walk to beach and restaurants, excellent pool area, free entertainment and large choice of food at breakfast although hot food tepid.

The activity staff were amazing, friendly and fun. The variety of activities was also great. Location by the beach is perfect and the on site pools are also great, if a little chilly!

Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, sticht aber mit keinem Service besonders positiv hervor. Einrichtung insbesondere Bad ist recht alt.

Danke erstmal an alle positiven Bewertungen die ich hier gelesen haben und auf die ich mich verlassen haben...ich weiß nicht was ihr für Standard habt bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel aber das sind nicht meine...das einzige positive was ich sagen kann ist der Ausblick...das Meer und der Außenbereich des Hotels...alles andere ist zum vergessen...die Zimmer sind alt...das Essen ist miserabel und kalt...das Angebot stimmt auch nicht...es gibt nur ein Restaurant...liegen und Schirme am Strand nur gegen Gebühr bei einem Fremdanbieter...der Zimmersafe auch nur gegen Gebühr und Kaution und im Jahr 2024 mit Schlüssel noch( Wo bitte packe ich den hin wenn ich am Strand liege oder das Zimmer verlasse)?! Unsere Handtücher auf dem Zimmer wurde ohne Aufforderung jeden Tag gewechselt obwohl es nicht nötig war aber die Strandtücher mit Sand Pool und Salzwasser voll die wir nach Zwei Tage wechseln wollten nur gegen Geld!!! Beim Einchecken war sogar noch Wäsche vorm Vorgänger im Schrank und der Fön war unterm Waschbecken in 40 cm Höhe angebracht...die Fenster waren dreckig und die Vorhänge auch. Der Fahrstuhl hat nur geknackt und laute Geräusche gemacht...wer da Inder Nähe sein Zimmer hatte...hat sich bestimmt gefreut. Und jetzt zu denen die sagen das Essen ist okay...was isst ihr denn zu Hause....die Speisen war fast immer kalt...das Fleisch jeden Tag tot gebraten...der Salt lustlos hingestellt...keine Soßen gab es dazu...für mich sind das nie 4 Sterne...hier wird gespart auf hohem Niveau! Nie wiede

Tuvimos que esperar una hora porque no habían recibido la reserva que hice. Sólo tienen habitaciones con camas dobles, no había opción a cama de matrimonio. Lo demás estuvo todo bien.

Essen immer kalt, egal ob Frühstück (Rühreier, Spiegeleier, Speck, etc.) oder Abendessen. Qualität und Art der Zubereitung alles andere als zufrieden stellend.

L’hôtel offre un accès à la très belle Cala Marçal et des repas variés et cuisinés. Cependant la literie est très moyenne et l’état des chambre vieillissante. À savoir: en demi pension, l’eau est payante le soir. Avis positif mais nuancé.
