Clean room/ clean towels/ friendly staff

Breakfast could start earlier. More signs around the premises of where the hotel facilities are located. The sewage/draining system is very loud, you can hear other guests flushing their toilets. Everything else is good.

Great hotel! Nice location in Alcudia, walking distance from anywhere. Very clean and lots of things (pool, terrace with beach chairs, bar, restaurant, gym). Would definitely recommend and come back!

Lovely place in a great location, clean rooms and just what we needed

Fantastic hotel. Just what we needed. breakfast was lovely. Pool is quite small but it was never too busy and the beach is a short walk away

Public areas, reception etc. very nicely decorated, looks clean & fresh. Pool is very nice, very comfortable sunbeds and a nice sized pool. Bedrooms are only ok, could do with a refurb to be honest, TV didn’t work (didn’t bother me as I don’t come away to watch TV.) balcony door didn’t lock, no big issue as I was on the 6th floor but you should still be able to lock your doors. Bathroom lets the whole property down, shower was poor with only a bit more than a trickle, the soap tray in the bath is really poorly situated, you constantly bash your elbows on it.

For the price, I would stay again. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the location is super close to the beach! Unfortunately the safe in our room didn't work and the air conditioner was leaking a ton of water if we turned it on. We informed the front desk but neither were fixed during our stay. Also, our room was right beside some bars so it was quite noisy.

Great hotel, great location - didn't expect much for the money we paid (£200 for 2 people for 4 days half board) anyway we were pleasantly surprised. Some parts need updating but think they are on with it. Clean, comfortable, fab staff, food was fine, bar was cheaper than local bars, pool was freezing but lovely. Cannot grumble at all. Would definitely go again and recommend. One lift was out of service so a little annoying at times but free water available, lovely reception staff and overall a wonderful stay

Not 5 star nor does it pretend to be but I must say we were suprised how good it was. Basic but nice staff, clean and good selection for breakfast

Rooms are basic but only needed for sleeping - Location is great for the nearby port and many bars & restaurant - but disabled facilities could be better although I did manage to get around ok

A really well-placed central hotel which provides good access to all of Alcudia. The hotel itself is a bit dated and certainly needs some repairs. Simple things like the soap dispenser didn't work. As a solo traveller I didn't take any liquids meaning I had to go and buy these. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

I booked this place for my college/university roommates to celebrate our graduation. The place advertised many amenities that were not there. I booked all inclusive, including drinks but was only given a free breakfast buffet, with no drinks. The booking also says it has laundry services which it does not, and we surly needed. The beach is close to the property but the beach was absolutely horrible. The water was maybe 2 feet and filled with trash and algae. We decided to only swim in the pool after the first day because it was so nasty. That being said, the pool is too small for the size of the hotel so we spent most of the time in the room. The hotel is easily accessible by bus from the airport but with an early flight a taxis cost 85 euros to get back. There are many restaurants around the area so dispute the false advertising we were able to get food, however food on the island is pricy and frankly not good. If you take the boat tours to swim spots every day then this place is fine but otherwise wouldn’t recommend it

I'VE been going to this hotel for 29 years. And because it was only bed and breakfast i feltit was a bit expensive for what you got. I know they have to make money butthere was no atmosphere, to when i have been befor.

It’s a very well located prorperty and very clean

Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at the hotel as they had just had a disaster -- a floor had collapsed, rendering the hotel unusable. The hotel staff dealt with everything perfectly, however, with good clear communication. We were sent to stay at the hotel next door, which was fine, with no hassle whatsoever.
