First, the Route Inn chain is equivalent to "Motel 8" or the "Red Roof Inn" in concept. So, this no-frills hotel is not meant to be a full service establishment. With this in mind, this hotel far exceeded our expectations! It is situated steps from the JR Obihiro Station, and there are many restaurants and bars only a couple of blocks away. The staff was friendly, helpful and courtrous, and they maintain the building very clean and updated. Unfortunately, there is no "Japanese atmosphere" and the decoration is totally western. The hotel, thus, isn't "sexy" in any way. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, as well--and they had a delicious selection of breads. The best feature of the hotel is their onsen spa facilities. Who'd expect such nice onsen in an unassuming hotel like this one! All in all, I had a wonderful time, and I'd highly recommend it.

清潔感あり、朝食美味しいかったので満足しています。

閑散期だから致し方ないところも有ろうと思います。 朝食は終了時間より早めに閉鎖、大浴場も同様。朝も早くから清掃が隣の部屋で始まりました。遅く着いた私にはきついものが有ります。 部屋のバスには汚れと埃があり閉口しました。 せめて人的サービスはと思いきや、 スタッフの方に悪気は無いと思うのですが、挨拶もお詫びもあっちの方を向いて行ってます。 ものには、云いよう、やりようと言うのがあるはずです。 ホテルの語源をもう一度考えていただきたい。 これは帯広駅北口のホテル全般に云えることではありますが…。 私の主幹ですが、これでは閑散期にお客さんを呼べませんね。

他のホテルと比べるとスタッフの対応含め、サービスはあまり良くないと感じました。

タイミング良く、灰皿交換がお願い出来て助かりました。ご時世禁煙が多い中喫煙が有り嬉しかったです。

広くはないけど温泉があるのがいい

ＪＲやバス停も近く市内への移動も楽で、少し歩けば繁華街もあるので、ごはんやお酒も楽しむことができる。好立地。 大浴場もあってゆったりすることができるし、洗濯機や乾燥機もあるので長期滞在でも大丈夫。
