The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. My husband and I felt comfortable during our stay here.

It was okay, no complaints.

Hotel has free parking which is unusual for Japan. Its covered as well. Breakfast is offered from 6-9am Room is comfortable and simce the town is sleepy, its quiet. Its walking distance to Base and restaurants are close.

Enjoyed my time there to drink with colleagues and get a good nights rest as Well. Staff was awesome, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Staff was professional and very attentive to your needs. Also, this place has English speaking personnel, which, is rare in the northern Japan.

Good and convinient place to stay!

Staff are very nice and helpful. They assist us in shipping our luggages to our next destination. They have a staff member who is very fluent in English and that helps us with everything else. Breakfast was ok. It’s mostly Japanese food for breakfast but it was good.

Check in was very smooth, room is clean. Convenient location, right in front of AF base entrance gate.

Customer service was fabulous! Very clean facility! We extend our stay because it was so clean and nice

Keep in mind this is Misawa and not Tokyo.. So as long as you don't demand a 5 Star Hilton Hotel suite you'll be very satisfied to stay here.. The entire property was clean inside and out.. The front desk folks were great and helped with all of our needs.. Two thumbs up.. Again, it's Misawa not Tokyo.. I'll never be in Misawa again but if I were to be I would stay here again without hesitation..

This hotel was very close to the Misawa Air Base for our convienence. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Having an onsen at the hotel for hotel guests was very enjoyable. Breakfast was included and although it was mainly focused for Japanese tastes it had enough for Americans to fill up on such as eggs, sausage or bacon, rolls, white rice, juice and coffee. We were very pleased with our stay.

Good service

Great hotel and convenient to Misawa AB. Only downfall is guests need to cover tattoos. I have too many that need to be covered.

Beautiful and clean, super close to the Air Force Base. I enjoyed the public bathroom, next time I will stay there again. Friendly personal, thanks again.
