Great value stay. Not the top of the line accomidations, but has an onsen, a good restaurant, and it is next to a Family Mart, train station, and tourist attraction.

Bed and pillows not made for Americans

Very helpful staffs. I was impressed by the way they helped me with my train schedule and wheelchair for my family member. I would recommend it very much.

more business and Japanese tour bus hotel rather than tourist oriented; not very convenient to anything and not much in town locally other than the Ninja Museum and local Castle

Relatively new hotel with small but nice rooms. Restaurant on-site available for breakfast and dinner, which is good since there are not many options within walking distance of the hotel.

The service was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and when I had problems they immediately helped. The only problem was the very small parking space, but the staff again was vey helpful.

The location of the hotel is good for visiting the castle.

新しくて 設備も良かったです

スタッフは丁寧で、施設の清潔感もあり、良かった。 朝食は6時30分に行ったらとても混んでいて、足の不自由な自分には辛かったので、もう少し後で行けばよかったと思った。 混み具合が部屋で判ればありがたいのだが。
