Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards. Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!

Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back.

We used this hotel as a base to explore nearby areas - handy and served our purposes very well, albeit with the limitations of a Japanese business hotel

Right in front of Fukaya station, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the station. There is an ofuro (large Japanese bath) on the top floor separate for men and women. Breakfast is included in the rate, as well as, coffee/cappuccino to go. The hotel is quiet and very clean. I'd stay there again.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Excellent value and service for this price. Of course can not compare with rooms at twice this price but this chain has consistently great cost performance.

コンビニが近くて便利。 ファミレスも徒歩圏内。 部屋に物を掛けれるフックみたいのがあったら便利だった。 空気洗浄機とコンセントの位置が悪くて置きたいところに加湿器を置くとコンセントにつまづきそうだった。

大浴場が好きで予約しましたが、とても混んでいて利用できなかった事は残念でした。

ビジネスでの滞在。部屋は静かで快適。 ひとつだけ気になったのはクローゼットが開いたままにならず自動的に閉まるタイプで速度も早く閉まるため多少の不便を感じたこと。
