I enjoy the staff and location of this hotel. The staff is always ready to assist and the hotel is conveniently located by the Wanda Plaza.

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet and room service available. Very nice hotel. Always greeted with a smile and staff that is willing to help with all your needs

This was my second stay at this hotel during my trip. Once again I was greeted with smiling faces and a friendly staff. I will definitely recommend and visit again in the near future

I booked a couple of nights at the Sheraton as a small staycation due to being unable to leave the city thanks to pandemic lockdowns. As far as changzhou goes this is a good location a couple of good western restaurants nearby, Istanbul (Turkish) and Koala (Australian Bar) right next to a big shopping mall although these are everywhere in china so nothing special. The room was comfortable, big SOFT bed (important to check in China) and clean, my only complaint would be the ac didn’t work particularly well and it did get fairly warm in the room, not unbearable by any stretch but I personally like being cool. I do know a lot of hotels have ac restrictions because of covid which might be the issue. One night I decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was a disappointment, the food wasn’t necessarily bad but there were limited options, I have eaten in the restaurant previously through work when their seemed to be more choice so perhaps it depends on whether they’re holding events. Definitely a nice hotel overall if you’re staying in Changzhou

Wifi speed is slow and sometimes gets disconnected. Sauna room and swimming pool shower rooms not so cleaned and well maintained. Other than that, everything else is good.

I asked for a change of room and got an upgraded room without special request. The room had a washing and dryer machine which was useful, and an electric bidet toilet seat - nice! I really liked that room and thank the staff for upgrading..

The hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly, breakfast is good and plenty of choice. The room is spacious and comfortable. Location is also good - plenty of restaurants, malls and shops around

Everything OK; Only problem, which is generally in China: the heating is set to one million degrees and cannot be reduced.

Received great help and good service from Miranda and Joanna (Front Desk). also teh Room Service was good too.

In general hotel stay was satisfied. Good for a business purpose.

Great service. They don't speak very well English but they tried very hard and everything we need it they made sure to get it for us.

Nice hotel but internet was so slow. Bathroom cleaness need to improve.

good location, very comfortable stay

While my stay itself was pleasant - it is in a great location, rooms conditions are good, I am very unhappy with the service, particularly after one incident. I noticed I was overcharged for my stay because they used an incorrect RMB-USD exchange rate. Even though I brought this to their attention and they recognized the incorrect charge but they did nothing to correct it because they said I had to let them know on the day of transaction, which I didn't. I would've rated 5 if this matter was properly resolved but I was disappointed.

Although stayed only one night, I had a good experience with Sheraton. Staff is very friendly and self-active.

The representative said "I don't speak Chinese, only English." She was also being rude and unrespecful. What a shame to this hotel.
