Dirty noisy and very rude staff

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful. The next morning at checkout, the kitchen staff was on her personal phone for serval minutes and took me a while to get her attention that the buffet was out of several items, e.g., egg omelet, pork sausage, so we had to wait while for more sausage to be cooked and replenished.

The room I was given was clean but it was odd that every cabinet including the refrigerator was open and the room smelt really bed. Went back downstairs to change to a different room. Second room was perfect.

The property and staff were amazing! The room was very clean and welcoming. The food was also excellent but if I could recommend that they add country gravy to their breakfast buffet to go with their DELICIOUS homemade biscuits. That would seal the deal 💖 We highly recommend this amazing hotel. What a pleasure it was staying there.

The pool was smaller than it looks pictured on the website. When i went to check the pool for the family there was a couple with small children present with vulgar music blasting throughout the area. We did not get to swim with was one of the main reasons for choosing this room.

The hotel was ok but there was absolutely nothing around. The dining options are very mediocre.

The staff was great with the exception of person in charge of breakfast Buffett who was talking on the phone chit chatting with friends during breakfast time as food was running out not being replenished for at least 30 minutes as people waited for food to be brought out. Unfortunately Issue had to be reported to manager’s attention.

Would stay again.

The ultra-early hot breakfast was super convenient, especially hot coffee before 5 AM. Room AC worked great, beds/linens comfortable.

Solid hotel in an Oilfield town to spend the night. There was a family of kids enjoying the pool. The breakfast was ample and tasted well enough.

Stephanie, Kimberly and Kathy were so kind and welcoming! Give them a raise!

Needs improvements on certain areas. But other than that it’s good for a quick stay!

It is a good option to stay on your way to Laredo. My only complaint is the bathroom. It need some updates.

The room smelled bad and had dust everywhere. All over the walls too. Bathroom mirror broken and blow dryer almost started a fire with all the dust in it. Sheets were used. So not recommend.
