Fabulous hotel would highly recommend.

Lovely Outdoor Pool, very comfortable Bed , Very Clean room. Breakfast very Good alot of choice. Dinner wasnt very Good shortage of Food Most of the time

Didn’t spend much time in hotel Gluten free wasn’t great as they had electronic labels telling you if there was gluten in dish On my last day I asked why there were no deserts and all ice cream had gluten in them I was told that the labels were incorrect and all ice cream was gluten free No deserts for me all holiday when it was there incorrect labelling so make sure you ask every day

This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough. Salads were pretty good. Drinks were good with branded options available for the AI. The one thing that I find unbelievable is that water is not included on the AI. If I want unlimited vodka or gin, that's fine but water was a no go. I find this appalling especially in a hot climate. Will not return.

Great hotel we had a suite which was massive and perfect Very clean and lovely friendly helpful staff The hot food was average on an all inclusive but we found something every day to eat on the buffet. Pedestrianised boulevard in front on the beach and sea with excellent bars restaurants and cafes Very chilled hotel nice pool areas and plenty of sun beds Valentina the entertainment team was great fun We had a lovely few days at the hotel blue skies and warm sun with all the fun or chill of Ibiza

Very enjoyable stay. Was on an all inclusive basis. Breakfast great, lunch fine but dinner was usually a bit beige. Room lovely except for a very odd bathroom set up which meant there was no privacy. Entertainment was great, especially Valentina as our main entertainer. Great value overall so would definitely recommend.

The amenities were falsely advertised. Apparently, the a la carte restaurants are only open during peak season, and when we brought up that this information was not available online, the front desk did not care. The buffet food was okay but the hours are very limited so if you dont' manage to go when it's open, then you'll have to buy food elsewhere. Additionally, the booking says the spa is included in the all-inclusive perks, but that is not true; the spa costs extra. Felix and Valentina made the trip enjoyable. Shout out to them.

Had a lovely stay at AluaSoul, the hotel was really relaxing, the pool area & bar were great & the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable & we had nice view over the pool.

The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas. The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too. We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting. Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm. Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in). Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds. We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

Room was nice and clean. Wasn’t berry happy with the beach.

Plenty of noise from outside the hotel. A little underwhelmed by the hotel itself. All inclusive food was pretty poor on the whole.

Always walked past this hotel when I've been camping in ibiza and thought I'd love to stay there and it didnt disappoint. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, air con worked really well, pool area lovely and frozen cocktails included on all inclusive. Brillaint hotel and would defijitely recommend and return

Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return.

We stayed at AluaSoul Ibiza recently and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The hotel has potential, but it’s in serious need of a major update. Our room had several issues: the shower leaked heavily every time it was used, making the bathroom floor constantly wet and unsafe. Even more concerning, we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room during our stay — an unacceptable issue for any hotel. No hairdryer available, and very confusing on the board of the rooms available 3 different types of all inclusive The food at the hotel was just okay, but generally bland. There were no chili options or any real variety in spice, which made the meals feel repetitive over time. The pool area quickly becomes overcrowded. Guests place towels extremely early in the morning to reserve sunbeds, leaving very limited space later in the day. This made relaxing by the pool quite difficult. While there is a bus that conveniently takes you to Ibiza Old Town, there is no return service, leaving taxis as the only option to get back — which can be costly and inconvenient. The surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t offer much, and the beachfront itself is underwhelming and not particularly pleasant. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements to justify its rating and pricing. I wouldn’t return unless some major changes are made.

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

Really lovely hotel and all the staff were warm and welcoming for a solo traveller. Super helpful when I had questions about transport or anything else.
