Location is good, room fare, some staff poor manner I was delay checked out about 30 minutes because I got up late. He call me for checked out. I am very hurry and checked out. The hotel is old, the bathroom is really small and it is quite far from the station. If you bring a big suitcase it's really hard to open it.

My Japanese traditional room is spacious and comfortable. However, furniture is outdated although clean enough. Lobby is narrow and nothing special. Hotel location is really strategic as near to Shinjuku downtown and a subway, but it is bit far from JR Line (more than 1 km). Many nice restaurants and convenient stores surround the hotel.

As always, this hotel never disappoints, rooms are clean and neat. This time try the traditional rooms (tatami) overall the room size is wider (even for 2 adults and 1 child). Very close to Shinjuku shopping center and also Shinjuku Sanchome Station. Near the hotel there is also the MarT family and 7 Eleven and Sukiya. Will come back to this hotel.

Too pricey for small room hotel. Not so close from station, need to walk about 10 minutes. Clean, friendly staff, effort to talk with lol but I always love Japan.

Convenient access to Shinjuku TV requires a moderate price tag, plus breakfast is plus expensive. The room is actually smaller than in the picture.

My family and I visited Japan for a week and chose this hotel because the review from the previous comments were good. And yes, we now can also say that the hotel was a good place for traveler to stay. The place was clean and the staffs were friendly. The room and especially bathroom were comfortable and clean.
