It was clean, and very classy

Great stay in Salt Lake City. Clean, nice amentiies, good parking, and delicious breakfast. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio because of a wind storm, but it looked great!

Property was well maintained and clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was very clean. The breakfast had a good selection and fresh fruit. The hotel has an attached parking garage which was great for parking vehicle out of the 100 degree sunlight. Only thing we found subpar was the desk staff. When checking in, the front desk staff seemed annoyed we didnt do the "digital key" for contactless check in, and when we checked out 2 days later, a separate front desk staff seemed equally annoyed he had to come out to hand over the room keys and check out. Hotel itself is very nice and we would stay again, just dont expect a warm reception from the front desk staff, who would apparently prefer contact-less guests..

Great service

Our rooms have always been clean. Pillows are excellent here. Has outside ‘deck’ off 3rd story, that’s unadvertised but very cool. Nice easy place to stay. Close to hospital and Huntsman Center.

It was very nice, quiet, and clean

For $200/ night it should be cleaner than it is. From the elevator areas to the room bathrooms there was clearly places not cleaned. I've seen better toiletpaper in the dollar store bathrooms than in this hotel. 😂 Not a terrible place to stay, but they could improve their cleanliness and quality of tp.

On a very busy street.

Made the reservation. Called to double check the room was for 5 people and the guy at the desk reassured me that is was in fact for 5 and that it had a hideaway couch. Get there and check in and when we get to the room there was in fact NO hideaway couch. I go down to the front desk he checks and apologizes and said that the person that checked made a mistake and marked it for handicap but that he couldn't get us another room because there was no other room. No one tried to fix it, offer any type of discount, or anything. So one of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Not ok

Hotel itself is descent, seen better days and does need a revamp. For our room, less than desired. The bathroom had dried blood stains on toilet and on the mirror frame. The tub had hair along the walls in two separate areas. The bed was okay, it did make spring noises. Stains were seen along the walls and crumbs/dust seen along the corner of floors. My daughter found a e-cigarette behind the bed and found more trash behind the bed skirt on the floor. Breakfast was good, the check in staff was great as well.

It's a convenient location to U of Utah. Plenty of free parking. Checki in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the location at the end of the building near the outdoor patio was a bit noisy at times.

Rourk was our concierge at checkin. He was so helpful and polite. Our entire stay was fabulous. Will definitely stay again as well as send others there. Everyone of the staff was friendly and polite.

This hotel was below average for the cost. The staff was less than interested in the guests. The shower and bathroom had visible mold and the shower door was broken. We had to call to get towels because no effort was ever made to clean our room on a three night stay. Overall, we were left disappointed. The breakfast was good and the location fit our needs.

This is my go to hotel when I visit family in Salt Lake City

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is beautiful by the university. There was easy access to restaurants and coffee.
