Comfortable and clean hotel

We stay at this hotel often. The elevator was out of commission off and on. Lugging suitcases up to 3rd floor and back down. Key cards not working. A little frustrating for sure. My Aunt and Uncle on 4th floor. No TV remote and same thing with key cards after checking in. We like this hotel as it’s conveniently located. Nice pool area and a good breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable. Sadie checked us in quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was good. The couple across the hall woke us a few times but other than that our stay was good.

Our stay was great! Breakfast was diverse and staff was great to help in all departments! The staff interacted with my children and made their days.

Good location and nice facilities

I chose this hotel for pool and mostly the hot tub. When checking in we were not told the hot tub was out of order. After going to the front desk a second time for pool towels, I noticed 3x5 note taped to the front desk that said that the hot tub was out of order. Would have looked for something near by that had a hot tub. No milk at the breakfast. Had to request bedding for the pull out couch. Kids pounding very loudly on the 4th floor a little out of control. However, the hotel seemed clean and the staff did help rather quickly when we needed anything.

Great property, great staff

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a clean and quiet stay. I booked a double queen room for me and my parents. It was last minute, but we were still able to check in early.

Our bathroom did not have a working light, there was a stain in the tub. Overall just not great

Surprised at the overall size of the room

The room we had was very spacious, well made, clean and quiet. The breakfast area is spacious, and the breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. The cost of our stay was a bargain for the quality of the motel.

The price was a little higher than we normally pay but free laundry and the breakfast made up for it! Wonderful stay. Pool was nice yet wished the hot tub was working.
