Excellent location, good shopping but old property with minimum renovation

The hotel is very outdated, the service was not as expected.

Comfortable, clean hotel with a great view of the city. Enjoyed the rotating restaurant on the top floors. Liked that the hotel also connected to the mall so we could get some fast food when hungry. Bed was cosy and bathroom was spacious.

Need renovation, they should change working hours of gym to make more early morning. Need shade parking.

I like staying in this hotel it is close to every thing

It was good hotel with experienced staffs. Breakfast was okay and I enjoyed my stay and if I visit Taif again I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I have booked my reservation by Expedia for 2 adult and 2 children. I paid the money and every thing was ok. When I arrived to the hotel they give me a room for 2 adults only. So bad I thought that'll be much better but unfortunately that was awful hotel and so bad hospitality.. I really don't recommend anyone to spend a night at that hotel.. High price with awful services.
