More like 3*** than 4****. Breakfast could be better too

Parking is available for extra charge , stop close to hotel terrible , extra charge for kid, extra charge for taxes to sleep in Soave .

Great hotel and walkable to the old town

If we could give this property 10 stars, we would! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and much more than we were expecting. Our stay was the first at this hotel and our first visit to Italy. We really didn't know what to expect other than what is posted on their website mixed with the on-line reviews we found. No issues or complaints from me and fiance, and we shall make the Hotel Roxy Plaza our go-to for not only our visits but also family and friends that are planning to visit the beautiful country of Italy!!!!

Wonderful location at the gates to the old Town. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave good recommendations for food and places to see. The hotel is in immaculate condition, the room was very spacious and well appointed. We were very happy with our stay.

Very good choice for us, very close to the town, easy to visit. Staff were very helpful recommending places to eat, taste wine and places to visit. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was very good. Care taken with cleanliness and hygiene was good in these difficult times.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location: near the old city, which is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, however it had a strong smell - maybe from the cleaning products. The breakfast was really good with fresh coffee. Free parking was also a plus! I recommend it!

The room was very clean, staff were very welcoming and professional. The quality of the food was not great and the noise from the lobby and eating area could be easily heard from my room on the first floor.

This hotel has a tiny parking lot, so we had to park far away and walk to the hotel each time. The bed was old and the pillows were very hard. You have to put your room key into the wall to make the lights work and the cleaning staff took our extra key the first day. They only provide one cup for drinking and the bathroom did not seem very clean. The climate control system was very complicated and for some reason shut off the second night we were there and there was no way to get it back on, so the room was hot. The breakfast area was nice and provided a lot of choices.

Great hotel, high standards, very very clean and hygienic

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. The only problem is the transportation, you have to ensure to check the bus timetables to avoid missing the bus.

Haven't seen such a nice and friendly staff before in any other hotels. you you always receive smile and make sure this is not due to their business, they are very nice people there. it was our baby's firs birthday and they made it true.our trip was in Verona, but booked this one. if you have car and you wanna visit Verona and Venizia and look for some nice wines, try this hotel. Break fast is very good there was only one point was disappointing was the internet connection, you will have several disconnections.
