Great stay and facilities

I had a fantastic stay. The view was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and it was so close to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Too many steps

Lovely apartment, beautiful view. Did not realise how many stairs we would have to drag the bags up and down. One bed was great, the other so soft it seemed broken. I’m sure the restaurant and view would be amazing however we went in winter and it was only open on the Saturday.

Lovely rooms and facilities and great staff

The access to the room was down multiple very very steep steps. When booking it indicated breakfast was included, however a sign outside the (closed) reception advised the restaurant was closed on a Monday (we stayed Sunday night). The key was left in a box, and we had to climb a huge number of stairs to return the key in the morning. Some basic things like soap for the hand basin would have been nice. A box of tissues would also be nice.

Good place for short stay, equipped with most amenities. Also good to have a spa and pool for use.

Great to have a pool , spa , resturant and great coffee onsite , with palm beach a short walk away it was a very convienient location .

Waiheke Island Resort is really a nice play to stay. This was not our first time that we stayed there, and we will come again and again. Absolutely perfect place, strongly recommended. One comment for property maintenance: please punch down all nails on wooded deck that are sticking out. It is not safe to walk bare feet on the deck.

Cleanliness of room, location, option to eat in restaurant if you wanted too

The staff here are super nice and super helpful. It was very clean and the room nice and spacious.

Very nice stay with a clean, comfortable, spacious room. The pool and spa were great, with lovely views from there and our room. We had enjoyed a quiet night, felt very secluded despite large number of rooms. Bus stop right outside for easy access. Would recommend if you are travelling light as there is a steep walk to reception and many stairs to rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely! Such beautiful grounds and loved the views from the lobby, pool, and villas. Loved that it was right off the bus stop too. Felt very quaint and private. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. An easy walk to the beach, with cafe/restaurant nearby. Had 2 nights with massively noisy party people in the unit next door, banging crashing & load talking & music until 1.30am. No Staff or reception on site to sort out the noise problem. Very disapointing

This place looked amazing online but in reality it is extremely run down, not well kept and in need of some serious repairs and maintenance.

Great use of the pool and easy parking. Comfortable bed and black out curtains. Couch however was disgusting full of stains that we actually had to put the cushions down to sit on them. The floor is needed for a good hot water mop. No hand soap. There were plates but unfortunately no bowls. Only spent one night there so did not bother chasing up after all this. But overall accom is nice, great location. Comfortable bed and easy check in and great use of pool. Just need thorough cleaning.

Very tidy, high standard units.

Great location, old but refurbished and very clean. Shower pressure was great despite from on site water tank on an island with scarce water supply. Swimming pool small but deep so great for cooling down and underwater swimming.
