Este hotel me encanto muy centrico y la atencion muy buena desayuno 10/10 lo recomiendo mucho

Screaming Children at all hours. Kids in the adult areas an Jacuzzi. Long wait at reception, Staff rude to my friend who came to pay for the breakfast.

Partially beach view. Some staff needs training,for instance the vallet park from the check in did not offer help with luggage,only left a small cart. Place is outdated. Wifi only worked poorlly on the seconda fay.

The hotel is horrible , the rooms are down, the staff very unwelcoming, very difficult to get any help, make you feel uncomfortable. Swimming pool good, the cleaners very good, but I'll never go back

Aged hotel, beds are uncomfortable.

The hotel is old and looked like it was under construction. The pool was empty, the elevator is tiny and barely fits two people. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. There were ants on the TV table in the room. The whole area around the hotel is under construction. The best restaurants and shops are about a 10-minute Uber ride away. The manager is extremely arrogant. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better options, like the Mercure, which is in a prime location right in front of the beach and has far better facilities and staff. The online photos are very misleading and don’t reflect the reality of the hotel at all.

The whole staff was wonderful. Especially Marcos.

Very old hotel and the room smells mold

An older property that is apparently due for major renovations. It is located in a prime spot and has a very nice pool. A comfortable bed with a great breakfast included with the room. One of the features offered in other Hotels that is lacking here is a small detail, but very helpful. Simply offering g guests a place to fully their water bottles would be a simple upgrade and reduce plastic waste.

The photos of the property are better than the real thing. If you stay there make sure it's on the first block where the photos have been taken. We were placed at back where the corridors are horrible. Inside room ok, good view and nice facilities.The breakfast was really good. Porters very friendly, reception staff cold and unmotivated. Extra fees for parking.

Overall great place… very clean and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the inside hot pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing is the Wifi in the rooms was lousy.. did not work.

Hotel muito bom, ambiente agradável, limpo, com um bom café da manhã. Único inconveniente foi a demora no check in.

Perfect location on the beach and near the Ferris wheel. On site restaurant was good.

Nada de extraordinário, piscina que era pra ser aquecida a água estava fria. Mesmo pedindo para fechar as janelas deixaram aberta, tornando insuportável ficar no local.
