Clean room and good staff

This is a a convenient hotel, located in a prime area in the city. The staff is friendly, helpful and the room is cleaned every day.

Nice economical spot, close to fine restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly. Eddie, one of the clerks, was super helpful and spoke fluent English. Made our stay enjoyable. Next time I'm in Panama City I plan to stay here.

I like the lady who attended to us in the breakfast area.

I didn’t get to stay I thought I was booking a room in Panama City Florida. I had no idea it was in a different country.The address I was booking a room for is on 6th street in Panama City Florida.You would think that business could continue with a room for me in The United States and I could be a great customer.Instead I am staying at another nice hotel and they are receiving my money

The place is keep clean but I had trouble getting into my room they have a remote key & it keep locking me out my room I also stayed 2hr after check out my time & after starting there for 24 day they charge me 25dol I thought that they could have done better than that

It's in the center of everything. Everything is near and also you can walk if you want. It's located in a safe place and the people are very good. It's clean and comfortable.

Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We like gambling, so easy to walk to at least 5 casinos

In room coffee pot broken. Said nothing they could do. Did not have another coffee pot. Breakfast downstairs was acceptable / OK. Nice staff.
