Good Location Easy access to burwood train station. Room was adequate for a training course near by. Under the bed had not been cleaned for a considerable time as there was quite a lot of dust and rubbish there. Breakfast was toast and/or cereal with a hot drink.

I work in the area so i find BBB convenient. Yes it is an old place and probably has a lot of stories to tell. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Remember the price matches what you get and if you just want to lay your head down for the night then this place is economically perfect.

Location was very handy for my activities on the day, accomodation was suitable For my short stay. Hospitality from host genuine and friendly.

Noisy room as we were at the front of the hotel. Overall it was fine, for what we paid. Only stayed one night, staff friendly. Easy location to trains.

Friendly and helpful, close to where we were attending the conference.

Overall not a bad place, we purely booked in to sleep over night. Clean bedding and comfortable beds. Cleaniness of the room was very average but was of no concern. Would definitely book in again.

Can you please remove the cockroaches and the bad smell, facilities need to be repaired, please remove the noose from ceiling and the peep hole in the floor

Price was good paid for kids didn’t get any extra towels
