The pool was nice and heated, the hot tub was bubbly and hot. Played pickleball with a group of nice people. Really appreciated the late check out. It was a fun stay! Thank you

Great pleace ! The parking at night is the only issue

The room was a good size we had a 3brm but halfway thru we started having issues with hot water and very limited parking. Last day we had trouble with 1 bathroom. The room could use upgrade to the furniture. The hotel did give a small refund and the employees were very understanding.

The room was clean and the bed and furniture were classy and nice. But, I wasn't able to use the garden tub because it couldn't get hot water. I'm not sure if the rare arctic vortex cold weather is to blame, but the shower water did get hot with time. I also didn't like that my room was adjoined to the suite next door, because it felt less safe. The walls were also thin, and there's no elevator to get upstairs to the 2nd floor suites. Overall, staff were courteous and helpful. But, right after checking in, when I went to get my parking pass, the lady tried to talk me into doing a timeshare and was asking me a lot of questions about who I was traveling with, if I was married, my income and other personal info that made me feel less safe and put off. It's like, I came to relax and enjoy leisure fun vacation stuff, not have scheduled meetings sitting around being lectured and marketed to. It's also not a good idea to announce to the world that you're a woman traveling alone or maybe meeting a lover for a romantic rendezvous. That's none of her business. I'd like say it's 50/50 I'd stay again.

The property was great, staff was awesome Only complaint is the bathroom shower head had no pressure unless you held the tub valve plunger open with was cloth and they only helped a little. Great location to go where we wanted.

Room we reserved was not handicapped even though that is what we reserved. Not wheelchair accessible. Room was dated and could use a remodel. Bed was awful!! It was a thick mattress but old and worn out we could feel every spring. I am very disappointed with this hotel. Can't believe it was a Hilton. On a the happier note we did check out early because of the issues and the Manager said they would refund us for the night we didn't stay and the resort fee.

Rooms are dated and noisey. Can see lighting from adjacent room. Rooms needs less illuminated lights as at night its barely dark The store offered muffins but aside from being overpriced, they were freezer burnt we chose not to purchase anything else The overall satisfaction was good

The manager needs to walk the entire property and he or her will see all the conditions that need to be corrected, repaired or updated.

The staff were amazing! They answered all questions & helped right away when I needed something. Everything was clean & safe - which was important as I’m a single woman traveling alone.
