Déplu, Check-in trop tard et tv non fonctionnel

Tout était parfait. Ils ont même réussi à m’accommoder pour que je puisse faire mon check-out un peu plus tard.

I had a suite with a well-equipped kitchen, that only needed one more dish towel to be perfect. The housekeepers need a little more training: I discovered on arrival that they missed some spills and hairballs, and when they came in to service the suite they didn't replenish soap and TP (though front desk made good on both). But the place has modern interiors, ample parking and is well-situated to amenities like groceries, restaurants, car rentals, etc.

Excellent as usual, I love the 2nd floor balcony, since I am a smoker, I can just sit outside my room and enjoy the weather at the same time...Beds are comfy and kitchenette is awesome..full size microwave and fridge. I would prefer a keurig machine. But I always bring my own.

L'établissement est assez vieux, ameublement également mais vous avez le même confort qu'une chambre au double du prix. L'A/C de ma chambre semblait neuf. Lit confortable, rien à dire. Situé sur une artère commerciale tout est à proximité.

Though property looks outdated, but the moment you step in, all the facility services cleanliness, sheets towels etc were top notch. And above all it's very reasonably priced.

In town (Ottawa across the river) to visit museums, it is a confortable overnight stay. The room is small but I'm alone. The area offers numerous fast food options to eat.

I was extremely happy with the room that they gave me. It was quiet and clean. The employees were amazing. I would definitely rent here again. The location is incredible there is lots of restaurants and a mall and a Costco nearby.

Its an affordable place to stay for one night when you are on the way to next destination

The room was perfectly clean, everything was in order and the thermal isolation was very good.

The receptionist was quick and helpful. Rooms and amenities are decent and clean. Parking is available.
