This place was decent, we had a dog and limited options of places allowing pets so we appreciate that they take pets. Our room was not the cleanest. Walls and door were dirty but not terrible. It was quiet and inexpensive.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We've stayed at this Econo Lodge 4 out of the past 5 years as part of a family tradition, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough that we’re unlikely to return. On our first night, we had to switch rooms because the TV in our original room wasn’t working. We notified the front desk immediately, and the staff member said they’d come take a look. After waiting 25–35 minutes with no follow-up, we had to leave for dinner since the kids were hungry and many restaurants in the area close early. We eventually got moved to a different room, but the delay was frustrating. The following evening, after a long day out on the water, we returned to the hotel hoping to relax—only to find that neither of our room keys worked. We had to return to the front desk once again to get replacements.with two kids it is a huge hassle. There are bugs in the rooms. Shower pressure is awful. Walls are thin. I want to be clear that the staff was friendly and helpful when approached, but having two major issues in a 24-hour span is more than what I’d consider acceptable, especially for returning guests. It’s disappointing because we’ve even overlooked worse in the past—including once witnessing a car break-in and calling the police—yet we still chose to come back. This time, it felt like too much. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as we’ve always appreciated the affordability and convenience of this location. But service reliability matters.

Noisy and felthy. Pillow case were not washed. Polish stain on them. Bathroom walls were filthy. No soap in the soap dispenser.

Overall, the hotel got the job done. Staff was extremely friendly. However, the place is so rundown I’ve never stayed at a hotel in such conditions. Love the wake up call of the loud conversation housekeeping had right in front of my door for a good 30 minutes. Shower curtain was pretty much nonexistent because the shower curtain bar was sagging so bad. The curtain would just meet down the middle anyway anyways. I didn’t bring a wall charger cause I figured it would have the USB port in the lamp which it did however, it didn’t work. Clocks were wrong obviously that’s just annoying. Curtains were broken. Terrible repair job where there was a big hole where the door opens and hits the wall. And my favorite part. The heater. When you finally did get to sleep, the heater was so loud it would wake you up until tell you when and turn it off. So bring your own blankets because you will freeze if you want to choose silence. However, if your neighbor chooses to have their heater on, you will hear theirs 😅. Too bad I can upload the video of the heater noise.

My kids used semi-permanent hair dye, which bled a little in the shower and onto the towels. As a result, we were charged $50 for the towels. While I understand the need for a charge, I feel they should have allowed us to keep those towels for the rest of the weekend for the kids' hair. Additionally, those towels are not worth $50. We also faced ongoing issues with the key cards. The parking lot was covered in snow and ice, including the handicapped spaces, making it necessary for us to be extra cautious since no deicer had been applied. Furthermore, there is a giant pothole by the exit of the hotel that needs to be fixed. Lastly, the status of the pools should be displayed at the time of booking. This is the second time we've booked this particular hotel for its indoor pool, only to find it closed both times.
