Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful location for romantic getaway

The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned.

Staff were amazing !!! The hotel is clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are slightly old and need a refurb. Otherwise excellent stay

Amazing place in small Tuscan town. Very quiet and the property was amazing. Staff was super accommodating. Would definitely go back to this location.

Our Superior Suite was unusable due to the crazy noise made by the children next door as the rooms are not soundproofed. We ended up in the worst room in the structure after having booked the best. At check out we were offered to pay the price of the room we stayed in like it was a way to compensate for the discomfort. Thank you but we were not looking to save money but to have a bit of empathy and to be cared for…not even a glass of wine offered! This was our second stay but they gave us plenty of reasons to explore other places for our next trip.

We had an incredible stay. The location in Tuscany was idyllic. The hot tub was the largest I’d ever been in. And the food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Such a great stay!

Great little find, fab hotel in a beautiful setting. We booked a design or superior double. Pros Lovely and modern, large, clean comfortable room. Comfy bed, fridge, safe, wardrobe, TV no uk channels, open fire with wood available in the yard, tea and coffee making facilities. Small outdoor space with seating from patio doors, with great views. Large bathroom with great spa style shower. Very friendly host who gave us a map of the area and description of local attractions. Location 10 minutes to the hot springs or saturina which is a cute little village. 10-20 mins from other local villages of interest. Right in the middle of lovely countryside. Property outdoor areas, lovely large seating area, heated pool with sunloungers (unfortunately quite alot of bugs in the pool put us off, but given the setting its inevitable), good parking area up a lovely sweeping drive. Breakfast, traditional fresh produce, fresh honey from the comb, fire to cook your meat, fresh bread it was delicious. Cons (if im being picky) Loads of bugs lol but it is the countryside No food options outside breakfast or evening meal at 7.

This property was great. The staff was kind and wonderful. They spoke great English and clear and concise Italian. The room was great for the 4 of us. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Dinner was a top notch experience. Make early dinner reservations.

Our only regret is that we were only here for one night. Next time we will book at least two. There is tons to do in the area. The property itself and room were super nice. The restaurant was also very good.

Wonderful! Pretty comfy room and bed. But the grounds to hang out in and the pool, 85 delicious degrees, and the views were spectacular. The staff was exceptional in attentiveness. Breakfast lovely and Dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. It a Farm ( Fattoria) so you are in the middle of the country. Fabulous! Loved it and can’t be beat for the price.

Fattoria Pianetti was a really nice stay. The rooms are a bit dated, but everything is very clean. The property is beautiful, and it is a great place to relax. It is quiet and a great place to enjoy a very peaceful stay. The service was alright. This was my first stay at an Agriturismo, so I expected the warmth that I had heard others speak about from their experiences. Perhaps Covid-19 was a contributing factor to the hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We stayed for dinner, and although the prices were very comparable to the immediate area, we found that portion sizes were relatively small, and food arrived a bit cold. Perhaps we are accustomed to the warmth, hospitality and food that we have received in Southern Italy.
